You're invited to listen to the sounds of the birds in the rainforest as you notice your breath flowing in through the nostrils a bit cooler and out a bit warmer.

Following the breath as it goes through the nose,

Through the throat,

Into the lungs,

Expanding the belly,

And then back out.

Noticing if you can feel every part of the breath coming in and out.

You might notice the subtle pause at the top of your inhale and subtle pause at the bottom of your exhale.

Just noticing these spaces between as you inhale there's a slight pause,

As you exhale and a slight pause.

Just noticing this with a sense of kindness and curiosity.

Taking your awareness to the tip of the nose where the air comes in a bit cooler and out a bit warmer.

Begin to become aware of the surroundings in the space you're in.
