Ocean Breathing helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system also known as the rest, digest and heal the system. This breathing technique does this by lengthening and deepening the breath. You're invited to take a break during the day for this 4-minute session or use it to help fall asleep. This breath is called Ujjayi in Sanskrit meaning victorious breath. Namaste.
