A contemplative poem written and read by Nicola. Our True Source Is Vast is a reflection on our connection to a vast source of wisdom beyond our mind, which includes the natural world. Nature is constantly communicating with us, reminding us that we are all connected and never alone. The poem invites us to reconnect with our hearts and with nature, and is a gentle reminder of our innate worth.

Transcript

We are lived.

We are held.

Our true source is vast.

Trust your heart.

Trust in nature.

And let go of the past.

Step into that space where all things arise.

Be open and curious.

And welcome the surprise.

Serendipity surrounds you.

Drop the veil and truly look.

Messages and symbols come from trees as well as books.

The poetry of nature has a language of its own.

Constantly whispering.

We're connected,

Not alone.

So sing the song of your heart to the heart of the trees and release all the judgments holding back you and me.

Stop doubting your gifts.

You're no accident of birth.

You belong in this moment.

Breathe it in.

Release your worth.
