It's also saying that fear is a non of,

Talk about fear,

We need to,

How does it feel to be in,

It is a fight or flight situation,

Hunters and gatherers,

It's just nature,

Just like in Sydney when someone actually got eaten up by a shark,

Now that brings in a bit of fear to us all,

We are about to go swimming,

We can also address,

Back with fear,

Our bodies tense up,

As hysteria overtakes our body,

Causing us an overwhelm,

There are many ways to handle fear,

But we first need to identify with fear before we can handle it,

Because knowledge is powerful,

And we may be controlled,

Able to control,

And then we can be making decisions more rationally,

So when we look at the model,

Fear,

Appearing real to us,

I could say that it is in a chaotic state,

Until we put light to,

Which then allows us to shed light on it,

What fear also creates is our egos,

It is designed to protect,

It is like the fable,

It might be good luck or it might be,

We don't know,

But it's always good to know,

Look at it as a learning curve,

Fear is our teacher,

And we have to be a good student,

If we did something challenging every day,

How to feel the fear,

Feel the excitement,

The ethoric rush,

And maybe we can be addicted to this type of sensation,

And like a warrior,

Bring it on,

Bring it on like a warrior,

I am a warrior,

I am a warrior,

I am a warrior,

And once we say this kind of mantra,

That we start feeling and engaging the warrior spirit,

And then we can act on things,

Those self limiting,

You see,

I believe that we arrived on this,

Feel our mission,

I believe that life is constantly in perpetual motion,

Feel the fear,

And surrender to it,

Accept what is,

And surrender to it,

Fear it could say it comes and separates us,

And jump over hurdles,

And that the clouds move in,

But on top of the clouds,

It's always blue and sunny,

And so if we can work with this model that everything is beautiful in design,

The clouds that move forward,

And pass us,

You can say that if we just follow a heart,

We can dwindle away the fear,

And show compassion that is fearing,

That it needs support,

Just do that,

You find our fear,

And then as you breathe in,

Breathe out,

We need to fulfill our life purpose,

You see,

Once we,

Our actions are followed by our courage,

So engage the warrior spirit,

And thrust out that lion's roar,

Like the warriors,

And I'm fulfilling my mission.
