Welcome everyone.

I would like to invite you to come to relaxed,

Most comfortable position wherever you are.

I invite you to deeply breathe.

Okay?

Deeply breathe.

In and breathe out.

Imagine you're underneath a waterfall,

A beautiful waterfall,

Bathing and feeling the cool cleansing water.

This feels so relaxed to you as the water trickles down all your body.

You're feeling much more relaxed,

More relaxed.

You feel the energy of the water,

The water relaxing each and all your muscles.

You feel and put your focus on your head as the energy moves from the top of your head space to your neck muscles.

Down to the shoulder,

Torso,

Chest moving down to the earth,

Down to the air-hype.

Then to your stomach,

Pelvis,

Legs and thighs and ankles,

Calves and legs.

You feel Mother Earth,

Mother Gaia for a few seconds.

My voice will guide you and help you release the stress of your body.

Pushing out negative energies and stresses and nourishing energy running through from the earth up to your forehead to the third eye and the crown.

As you listen to my voice as I make suggestion,

Invitation for your subconscious to follow,

As you follow my voice,

This makes you more relaxed,

Much more relaxed.

You have the ability to come out of this trance at any time.

You're totally in control and you can come out of it anytime you wish.

You're safe here in this space,

Totally safe and relaxed.

You're now in a dream state where time sits still as you enter a deeper state of consciousness.

Where your unconscious mind meets your conscious mind.

You find yourself in a corridor.

You follow this safe corridor and you notice a staircase beaming with beautiful white light,

Divine light.

You notice ten steps leading down to this beautiful bright light.

This is divine deep space of your most relaxed state.

You're eager to explore this gentle space but pause and you breathe gently in and you exhale gently out.

Deeply,

Patiently and much more relaxed now.

You notice that just next to the first step is a banister.

You place your hand gently on the staircase banister.

As you place one foot on the first step,

As you descend,

You are getting more and more relaxed.

On the second step,

You're feeling more relaxed as you descend.

As you place your foot on the third step,

You feel so relaxed and joyful and peaceful.

On the next step,

You feel so blessed and in peace as if about to return to your higher self,

A divine inner happy space.

Where all things begun and where all things end.

On the fifth step,

You're feeling this euphoric bliss,

Beautiful euphoric bliss as you descend gently.

On the sixth step,

You're feeling much,

Much more deeper,

Deeper relaxed.

You feel so tranquil.

On the seventh step,

You feel so much warmth around you,

Around your body.

And you welcome all the light as you get nearer,

Closer to the light.

You're so relaxed now,

So relaxed.

You feel the warm energy around your body.

As you take the eighth step down the step,

You see the light brighter.

You smile with so much pleasure and joy.

You gently take the ninth step and your body feels so relaxed.

One more step to go.

You're now deeper into the light,

You need no sense.

You've arrived at this last step.

You release the benefit as you go and drift into a deeper,

Deeper state.

You pause and you bathe in this divine light for a few more minutes,

A few more moments.

I'm going to pause now.

I'm going to pause my voice as you rest into this deep,

Relaxed state.

There are ways to reduce our fears.

The first thing is to have a toolkit,

A mental toolkit.

We have the power through breath and energy of the mind to overcome fear and anxiety.

It's normal to experience these feelings of anxiety created by fears.

It's better to practice these thoughts in our life and create the neuroplasticity through the practice.

So when we want to come to this beautiful state,

We can come back to this beautiful state any time,

George.

We must love our negative thoughts to overcome them.

We know that fear is false evidence and appearing real to us.

You already know that fear is a non-acceptance of the uncertainty.

Allow us to feel so we can heal.

We find the courage and determination to change it.

We take the practice and take time to practice meditation daily.

We focus on all the good things in life,

All the wonderful potentials.

We are now motivated to learn new ways to deal and use new tools to deal with fear and its anxieties.

Nothing is permanent.

We just must continue,

Must continue as we relax.

We cannot control everything,

But we can focus on what we can control.

We can focus on what we can control.

We can focus on what we can control.

You can control how positive you can be and stay away from what makes you feel anxious.

It's your choice.

You can do things that give you pleasure.

You can feel up one day and down the other day.

This is just natural.

This is just a natural thing.

And it's like saying that the sky is blue.

The stars at night are bright.

And when the cloud comes,

It is actually underneath the blue skies or underneath the stars.

The sky always blue.

We just reach,

Sometimes we just need to reach out to our friends,

Our community.

There is so much support out there that keep us positive.

We can minimize stresses and focus on things that we can feel good about.

Focus on what makes us feel great and happy.

We can use our of the pause.

We can stop.

We can think.

We can observe,

Become the witness.

We can proceed with something different,

With a different culture.

And now the century of our mind,

A place that is yours.

If you don't have one,

Let's create one for you right now.

Let's create this beautiful divine space.

Let's pause for a moment and think.

What does this place look like for you?

It is a special place,

A place,

A happy space that you rest in and you're most relaxed.

It's the most beautiful space.

What does this place feel like for you?

Is it a forest?

Does it have paved paths?

And in this space,

In this space,

Your peaceful,

Your private place,

Where you feel safe and depart from this world.

You sit here in this beautiful,

Happy,

Relaxed space.

You feel so happy.

It feels dreamy.

And you feel this historic energy rushing through your body.

You feel so much pleasure.

And where time just seems to slow down for you.

You are so loved.

Just like a happy child with good memories coming in.

Maybe you can recall your first kiss,

First warm hug and beautiful sunshine.

With each deep breath,

You feel so tranquil,

So tranquil and relaxed.

This relaxed state you're in now will stay with you for a while.

You can always recall the most beautiful,

Relaxed states any time as you practice.

As you practice this meditation.

Your thoughtfulness from this deep meditating exercise will stay for you for a while.

They might even last for a whole week.

Think back now how happy you were when you achieved the task.

How elated you were.

You can reach into that.

You are in charge of all your reactions,

Of all your responses.

The truth is,

You have the tool to handle all kinds of emotions.

You have control how you want to feel.

You have the ability to overcome any anxious feelings or emotions or unpleasant sensations.

In this moment of time,

You are training your mind.

Training your mind to become a warrior.

To have a car.

Overcome harsh thoughts.

You have the power.

You have a powerful mind.

A beautiful tool.

You can enforce beautiful positive thoughts.

Your body is smart.

It knows how to deal with anxiety.

All we have to do,

All you have to do is let it be.

Let it go.

It knows what to do for you.

Let's give thanks.

This is beautiful bodies that we have.

And that it knows how to protect us.

It knows how to protect us.

You focus on joy and peace and love.

So much love.

And now,

About to end our meditation in this wonderful hypnotic state.

You will slowly awake from this beautiful experience.

What a beautiful mind we have and our bodies blessed.

We will return to its normal state.

And I will start counting slowly.

Ten to one.

Slowly become conscious.

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

Welcome back everyone.

I wish to stay in this state.

This relaxed state a little bit longer.

I am invited to stay.
