Oh dear friends,

I'm Nick Chance of from Realistic Health and Wellness Coaching.

Welcome back friends and thank you for joining me here on Inside Timer.

Today I'm going to take you on a short journey.

We will all together explore the power of I Am.

I invite you to join me on this morning's meditation where together we will further shine light to the power of I Am and its magical influence on our subconscious.

I Am of this meditation,

The aim of this meditation is to allow us to immerse and embody the field of positive vibration now as we wake up to a new fresh day in our life.

So let's begin by taking a long,

Gentle,

Slow breath and then holding,

Then exhaling,

And exhale must be longer than the inhale.

And I invite you just to relax on the inhale and say peace on the exhale.

Just like,

Relax and then peace on the exhale.

I'm inhaling and relaxing all my muscles.

I just feel as your energy moves down from your body,

You can begin from your crown all the way down to your tippy toes.

Gently,

Imagine the energy flowing gently,

Softly,

And we inhale,

Feeling the energy from the tip of the toes to the crown.

Let's hold this space for a few seconds and be present to each organ of our body for a few seconds.

Focus to the tip of the toes,

To the ankles,

To the calves,

Moving to the thighs now,

The pelvis,

The spine,

The stomach,

The spleen,

The heart.

And now to the shoulders and your hands,

The neck muscles,

And then the head and to your crown.

Just relax and release everything and just do absolutely nothing in their presence.

There is nothing for you to do here at this moment.

The only thing to do is to totally rest here before your wonderful blessed day begins.

Just relaxing and just surrendering,

Witnessing the surface that your body lay against and the weight of your body against that surface.

Feeling the heaviness,

The textures,

The fullness of the surfaces.

You will now inhale and say,

My mind is at peace.

And when you exhale,

You will say,

My body is relaxed.

Now that you've entered in this wonderful,

Blessed state,

You're more open to empowering suggestions,

Thoughts,

Feelings.

When the word I is used,

You automatically attach to values and making it personal to you.

You use the word am,

It creates the potentials,

Mystic force to be brought forth and natural manifestations to occur.

The mind opens up to new beginnings.

There is magic created when we inhale and say I am and exhale,

We accompany adjectives of the noun.

Once again,

There isn't much for you to do in the present moment,

Except just to breathe in and breathe out.

Nor do you have to remember any of these hypnotic suggestions,

Because subconscious is easily open to now.

So again,

As you inhale and exhale gently,

Saying on the inhale,

I am,

And on the exhale,

Enough.

Inhale,

I am,

And exhale,

Love.

I am here.

I am connected.

I am brilliant.

I am a child of God.

I am with the soul.

And now repeat this.
