Imagine yourself walking slowly beside the sea. Long after the rest of the world has gone quiet. The shoreline almost empty. The air cool against your skin. The sand dark beneath your feet while above you. The night sky stretches endlessly in every direction. Thousands of stars scattered across the darkness. Silent planets turning slowly beyond them. Ancient light traveling quietly through space. And for a moment. Everything feels much larger than the thoughts you carried here tonight. Larger than the noise of the day. Larger than the restless turning of the mind. The sea moves beside you in slow silver lines, Folding itself endlessly back toward the shore again. And again. And again. You're breathing beginning to follow the same rhythm now, Slowly, Naturally, Without effort. The night sky above you feels endless, Deep, Alive. As though the whole universe is breathing softly around you. Perhaps this is what the body longs for sometimes. Space. Stillness. Darkness untouched by noise. A place where nothing is rushing. And nothing needs explaining. You continue walking slowly along the shoreline, Moonlight catching the water beside you. Cold stars shimmering above the tide while somewhere far out beyond the horizon. The world disappears completely into darkness. Thoughts drifting further away now. Like distant lights fading one by one along the coast. Until there is only the sound of the sea. The cool night air. And the feeling of the earth holding you gently beneath the stars. Your body softer now. Your mind quieter. Your footsteps slower along the sand. And as you stand beneath the vastness of the night sky. Watching planets move silently through ancient darkness. Something inside you begins to loosen. To widen. To rest. So remain here a while. Beside the sea. Beneath the stars. While the whole universe drifts slowly. Around you.
