Send Healing to Loved Ones

In this Guided Meditation you will send healing energy to a loved one. It is a gentle and soothing meditation to be enjoyed by all.

Transcript

Close your eyes and place your feet flat on the floor.

Lay your hands gently in your lap.

Now I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Again,

Deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

One last time,

Deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Now I want you to feel centered and calm and just relax.

Now I want you to visualize in your mind's eye a golden ball of light about six inches in diameter in the center of your chest.

Can you see it?

You can feel the warmth and the vibrations as it slowly expands around your heart chakra.

Now I want you to see this golden ball of light slowly release itself from the center of your body and you watch as it hovers in front of you.

Can you see it?

You see this beautiful ball of light grow larger and larger and as you look at it you notice there are emerald green glints of light within it.

This is healing energy you are releasing to send to your loved one.

This wondrous energy is being magnified tenfold by Archangel Raphael.

Archangel Raphael is the healer of all healers and whenever you ask he will answer your call.

Now I want you to project as much love and intention as you possibly can into this glorious golden ball of energy.

Really feel the love you are sending.

Can you feel it?

You now see beautiful pink glints of light amongst the emerald green and as you look at the ball of light you can see it sparkle and shine and you can feel the boundless energy emitting from it.

Can you feel it?

Watch as the golden ball of energy stays hovering in front of you and just bask in its beauty for just a moment.

Now I want you to focus on your loved ones face.

Really see them as if they are in front of you right now.

Maybe they are lying on their sofa in their home or sat in their favourite chair.

Seeing really focus on their face as vividly as you possibly can.

See their hair.

See their beautiful eyes.

See the contours of their face.

See the clothes that they are wearing.

What are they wearing?

Really see them.

Can you see them?

Now I want you to bring your attention back to the majestic ball of golden energy.

With the swirling green and pink glints.

I want you to watch as the ball of energy slowly begins to rise.

See it as it goes through the ceiling of the room you are in and watch as it gently rises up through the roof and beyond.

See it as it floats through the sky above.

The healing energy radiating from it.

Like a comet it leaves a luminous trail in its wake and you are in awe.

Can you see it?

I want you to visualise this beautiful ball of golden light as it descends down through the roof of your loved ones home into the room in which they currently reside.

Watch as the glorious ball of energy hovers just above their head.

And now you watch as this beautiful light surrounds your loved one completely.

They are immersed in it.

Cocooned in its healing glow.

And you just watch for a moment as the energy touches them.

You can feel the vibrations and you can feel the warmth it emits.

Stand back for a moment and witness the power of divine healing taking place.

And now you watch as the glorious ball of energy hovers just above their head.

And you just watch for a moment as the energy touches them.

Look at your loved ones face.

See the serenity and peace.

See how the contours of their face have softened.

See how radiant they look.

How healthy.

Revitalised and glowing.

And you are in awe of what is taking place.

And now you see the energy rise again as it hovers above your loved one.

As you watch it breaks up into thousands of tiny pieces and showers down upon your loved one like a million gentle raindrops.

And you look at your loved ones face again and you see nothing but peace in their expression.

And you watch as the speckles of energy soak into their skin.

And their skin sparkles and shines.

And they sparkle and shine.

Just like a glowing sun.

It permeates into their body and will stay there for as long as they need it.

It is time to leave your loved one to rest now.

It's time for you to bring your consciousness back into the room.

I want you to bring your attention back into the room you are sitting in.

I want you to feel the chair beneath you.

Feel the floor underneath your feet.

And I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Again,

Deep breath in.

And slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

One last time,

Deep breath in.

And slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

I want you to wriggle your fingers and your toes.

And whenever you are ready,

Slowly and gently open your eyes.

And I want you to feel the chair beneath you.

And I want you to feel the floor beneath you.
