This is a short guided meditation to embody the energy of the follicular phase. This is the time to shine bright, time to flow, the time when everything you set yourself up to seem to magically happen. I invite you to visualize a field of fertile earth where you plant seedlings and see them grow and open into a symphony of colorful flowers, mirroring your inner Spring energy. Towards the end there is also a couple of affirmations to just listen or repeat.
