I now wonder if you could imagine a safe place where you feel at calm and are relaxed.
It could be a place that you have been before on a vacation.
A relaxed calm space with beautiful surroundings or a place that your mind wants to create now.
Let your powerful subconscious mind show you your safe place.
That's right.
And in that safe place there is a special space created for you to relax.
And that space has a large carpet or a rug,
Very comfortable.
And on that carpet there is a special chair for you.
It is a big chair that rocks a little,
One of those rocking chairs but much,
Much more comfortable.
Because this is a special one just for you.
It has comfortable arm rests,
A headrest with cushion and back with velvet upholstery that makes you feel so comfortable.
You move towards that lovely space that is created just for you in your safe place.
You put your left foot on the carpet and as you do that it gives you a drifting feeling because it is so comfortable and as you relax even more you are so fascinated to see this magical,
Beautiful,
Secure and cozy rocking chair.
And you take a seat,
It rocks a little.
And as you take a seat you feel the sense of contentment and ease taking over your entire body.
You can feel the relaxation in every part of your body moving from your toes to your knees,
Your ankles,
Your legs,
Your hips,
Your stomach and your chest.
And as each body part relaxes you let go of all the unwanted thoughts and it moves up to your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your lips,
Your eyes and you close your eyes enjoying being in that restful chair.
Relaxing your forehead,
Your head,
Your arms and your palms,
Your fingers.
And as it rocks with every swing you go twice as deep into a beautiful state of relaxation.
That's right.
Each breath you take relaxes you even more.
And as you allow yourself to listen to the sound of my voice and each word I say makes you even more relaxed and calm.
And as you drift further into this wonderful state of calmness I wonder if you could imagine yourself on a beach.
A beach that is so scenic,
Charming and you can hear the sound of the waves and perhaps seagulls calling.
And you can smell the salty fresh air,
So rejuvenating to be in such a magnificent place.
Isn't it?
You allow yourself to move towards the beach.
As warm and breezy the sun is pouring its rays on you.
It's calm and so peaceful.
The breeze touches your forehead and cheeks.
As you move forward you can feel the sound between your toes.
You look at the waves and in the distance you see many boats with colorful flags fluttering with the wind fast.
And there are many boats moving in different directions.
As you look at them they appear more like thoughts.
So many of them moving in different directions.
And as you allow yourself to watch them even more those boats start to form a pattern of being together.
And they start to move in one direction forming a gorgeous pattern.
Settling into a pattern that is steady and peaceful.
And you become one with that feeling of steadiness and the feeling stays with you forever.
And as you allow yourself to move around on the beach and take a long stroll enjoying the surroundings listening to the lovely sound of waves.
You notice a beautiful and comfortable lounge with a table on the left side.
You move towards it and you get a feeling that it is only for you.
You take a seat in that lounge and you notice there is a refreshing drink lying on the table right next to you.
The color of the drink is so refreshing that you wonder how would it taste like.
You take a sip and feel refreshed from within as you look at the gorgeous horizon.
You enjoy your drink and as you look at the horizon you notice a bunch of balloons coming to you.
It has different colored balloons perhaps red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Violet and white or maybe more.
The balloons come down and they start to appear bigger and bigger.
And as I count down from 3 down to 0 the balloons come right in front of you at 0.
So 3,
2,
1 and 0.
That's right.
The bunch of balloons is right there.
They look so beautiful.
And I wonder if you could send those unwanted thoughts that you have been having for so long in the form of sentences,
Symbols,
Pictures about your past,
About your current stressful situations that do not do any good to you.
Just send all of that in the form of sentences,
Symbols,
Pictures to those balloons.
These thoughts do not do any good to your mind,
Body and soul.
So let go of all that now and imagine yourself sending those thoughts to these balloons and see them inside of every balloon,
Fading away into every balloon.
Let your powerful imagination help you get rid of all those unwanted thoughts that do not serve any purpose.
And in few moments the bunch of balloons takes a flight back into the sky.
That's right.
And you watch them move up into the sky,
Fading away into the distance,
Going millions and millions of miles away,
Away from you,
Back into the horizon and now completely out of your sight.
And the horizon looks gorgeous,
Smooth,
Calm and peaceful.
You are now free of all that did not serve any purpose and you have the ability and power to think about situations in a different light.
You get a new perspective about situations and the people around you.
And I wonder if you could now imagine yourself in a situation and see how differently you handle this situation as the patterns become more clear.
As you are in an observer mode and how patterns in those situations can break and change and how you can change them.
Just get the knowing of it.
And as you observe that situation from a distance as an observer,
You get a better perspective about the situation.
And you understand easily as you are now calm and relaxed that what is it that you need to do to be able to change the situation and the results.
Think about all the possibilities.
That's right.
And now I wonder if your subconscious can show you a simple word,
A feeling or a sound from this session that will stay with you forever.
And I know that you have now something with you that you can always carry with you at your subconscious level.
Perhaps a word,
A feeling or a symbol or maybe some sound that will bring back the feelings of smoothness and calm in future situations by simply taking a deep breath and feeling what you are feeling now or visualizing what you are visualizing now.
You relax and continue to drift deeper and you realize that you can have control on the things that contribute to stress because your subconscious mind is powerful enough to control things that you want to control.
You are now listening to me and absorbing each word that I am saying.
In future,
You keep yourself open to bring positive changes to yourself and your life to be able to minimize your stress because it does not serve any purpose.
You continue to relax as you listen to each word I say.
You know that stress is temporary and you can easily manage it.
And I wonder if you could imagine yourself in a stressful situation.
And as you do that you have the power to change your actions and reactions.
And I wonder how you lessen your stress.
How you make decisions to modify the situation and control it effectively.
When it is home or work,
You know when the task is big.
All you have to do is to break the task into many smaller tasks for you to handle the situation effectively.
Just how a big rock is difficult to carry on the shoulders and it seems like a big task.
A person breaks the rock into many pieces and carry it in hands without feeling the pressure or burden.
Similarly you break big tasks into smaller tasks for you to carry them out easily.
Once you are in a stressful situation you start to calm yourself and ground yourself by taking long deep breaths.
And each breath out only means you let go of all the stress and get calmer and calmer to handle the situation effectively without getting affected by it emotionally,
Mentally or physically.
To further remain happy,
Calm and stress free you make small changes to your lifestyle and that includes getting physically active.
Getting physically active only means you release happy hormones or endorphins every day so that you can deal with all kinds of situations at work or in personal life.
You look forward to moving your body more and more whether it's going to a gym,
Walking for 30 minutes every day,
Taking up aerobics or dance or perhaps it's swimming or running.
And your subconscious mind can show you the physical activity that is suitable for you and gives you enjoyment.
You sleep for good 8 hours every night so that you are rejuvenated the next morning.
Eating right foods with high nutritional value keeps your mind and body healthy that makes you feel better at mind and physical level.
With much lesser stress you easily get to sleep in minutes after lying down in your bed every night.
And with every peaceful and sound sleep each night you become happier and more alert.
With this you get better and better with every passing day at mental,
Emotional and physical level.
You are positive and joyful.
You are relaxed and calm.
You are in charge of your life.
And I am now going to count down from 5 down to 0 and with each count these suggestions will go deeper in your subconscious mind and start to work from today on for your highest good.
So 5,
4,
3,
2,
1 and 0.
I am now going to be quiet for a few minutes so that you enjoy this beautiful state of relaxation now.
And in few minutes I am going to count you up from 1 to 5.
At 5 you will be fully awake,
Feeling positive and joyful,
Relaxed and calm and in charge of your life.
So start coming up with 1,
Higher up with 2,
Further up with 3.
All your mental,
Emotional,
Physical and spiritual world is aligned at 4.
Eyes open wide awake.
