Sleep By A River
This guided sleep meditation includes the sound of a nearby river. The guided portion is a bit more than 5 minutes, and designed to help you move away from the day's thoughts, dissolve tension in your body and mind, and prepare yourself for restorative sleep. The river sound continues until the end. There is no final bell.
