Nicolas Boillot

A 35-year meditation practitioner and teacher, Nicolas has been on numerous silent retreats and two darkness retreats. He is passionate about neuroscience, cognitive psychology and spiritual practices, and brings concepts from all of these disciplines into his meditations. He is also a long-time entrepreneur, currently serving as CEO of a small technology company, and works with a few clients as an executive coach, bringing spirituality and neuroscience-based concepts into his coaching practice.

2 years ago I wrote: Love this. I use it often and it puts me to sleep. It's still one of my favorites for its simplicity... And, even though I have it on my playlist, sometimes it's faster to look it up under the word peepers. No one else seems to have a meditation with that word in the title! Namaste 🌿

My favourite meditation. Nicely done, beautifully written and spoken. The frog sounds are just perfect. For a long time, this was the only meditation me and my other half used - lulled us to sleep every night. If you like frogs, this is for you!

This is one of my few “ go to “ meditative guidances that resonates simply and wholey with me Nicolas. I have just absorbed myself in your “Take Refuge in this Moment “ recording in which you have again “ hit the spot”!! Do you think you could re-record this “why do we meditate “ with a louder volume please? It is such a valuable message for us all but when I switch from the one to the other it is extremely difficult to hear. Please consider my request as I think I am not the only person who would love to hear it in greater volume Yours in thanks and sincerety Bulla
