Today's meditation is going to allow you to take pause whenever life doesn't seem to be going your way,
Whether it be something that's happening externally in your life or an internal condition.
So before we begin,
Find a place where you can be quiet and free from distraction for the duration of your meditation.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Drawing the breath all the way down to the very bottom of your belly,
And then gently releasing the breath through your mouth.
Allow yourself to breathe at your own natural rhythm,
Encouraging each breath to be a little slower to be a little deeper,
Allowing each breath to soothe your body and your mind,
Clearing away the thoughts,
The worries,
Or anything that is no longer serving you,
Allowing yourself to become more relaxed with each breath that you take.
As you continue to breathe,
Allow yourself to let go of anything in the past,
Anything in the future,
Allowing your breath to anchor you in the present moment.
And as you inhale,
Taking the breath to the very bottom of your belly and releasing the breath through your mouth,
Notice the natural pause in your breathing between the inhale and the exhale,
That little moment of stillness in your breath.
Whenever you start to feel agitated,
Whenever you start to feel doubtful,
Allow yourself to return to that pause,
Taking a moment and asking for universal guidance on what is the right thought to focus on or what is the correct action to take in this situation,
Allowing each breath to allow you to let go of the need to manage and control,
Asking your higher power that its will be done,
Knowing that when you're not running on your own self-will or you're aligning your self-will with the will of your higher power,
That there's a new calmness,
A renewed faith,
A deeper level of peace that you get to experience each and every day.
You'll have a new strength to walk in faith,
Letting go of self-pity,
Letting go of worry,
And not having to make any kind of foolish decisions because your actions and thoughts are inspired by your higher power.
When you take this simple pause,
These simple actions,
That you're able to let go of your fears,
That you're able to walk in faith,
And you're able to walk without having the weight of the world on your shoulders,
Take a deep breath and bring your shoulders forwards and backwards,
Bringing awareness back into your body.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
This is a great meditation to carry with you throughout the day.
You can either replay this meditation or just do it simplified through your breathing,
Searching for your own natural pause whenever you start to feel any kind of discomfort or that something's not aligned between you and the divine universe.
