This meditation is for everyone,
But especially any of you empaths out there or introverts.
You'll find that this meditation is very energizing and allows you to go into a situation without the fear of being drained.
So before we begin,
Find a place where you can be quiet and free from distraction for the duration of your meditation.
Take your mind off the of your belly,
Feeling as it expands and then gently releasing the breath through your mouth.
Encouraging each breath to be drawn in a little bit deeper and a little bit slower each time.
Allowing your body and your mind to relax,
To let go of any tension and to become clear and fluid.
Each rhythmic breath bringing you deeper and deeper into a centering stage of relaxation.
Allowing your body and your mind to become a blank slate,
Clear of any of the stress from your day,
Clear of any worries.
Allowing yourself to simply be,
Feeling each movement as you inhale and exhale,
Giving each muscle permission to release its tension and relax.
As you continue to breathe in your mind's eye,
Envision your physical body standing in the center of an empty room and surrounding your body is an invisible force field protecting you from any negative energy,
Any negative thoughts,
Any stress.
This force field also allows you to absorb energy.
Breathing in,
Allowing the breath to energize and awaken each cell in your body,
Making the conscious choice to flip the switch internally from output to input.
Allowing any kind of light to energize your mind and spirit,
Allowing social situations or crowds to charge your internal battery.
You intuitively know how to absorb the energy in a way that is not depleting to others,
Yet energizing to you.
Continuing to breathe and if you find that your mind begins to wander,
Simply let the thought pass without judgment and bring your focus back to your breathing.
Envisioning yourself,
Inhaling pure energy into your body and into your soul.
Experiencing an energetic calmness within and a new way of feeling your energetic being.
Where you can talk to others,
You can move freely,
Yet you do not lose energy or become tired.
Becoming re-energized,
Inspired,
Yet calm and collected.
And with each breath,
Breathe in energy and exhale fatigue,
Letting go of any mental or physical tiredness that you might have dwelling within.
Creating space within yourself for excitement,
For energy,
For inspiration and for calmness.
Allowing them to all coexist within you,
Drying it in with each breath and exhaling,
Letting go of fatigue,
Letting go of overwhelm or overstimulation.
Creating the space within yourself for energetic calmness.
Take a deep breath and gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Bringing awareness back into your body and when you're ready open your eyes.
This is a great meditation to turn to whenever you feel overwhelmed or exhausted by social situations or being overstimulated or just being worn down.
And when you perform this meditation always remember that the energy that you absorb you can utilize at any time that you need to.
Just visualizing that invisible force field around you protecting you from having your energy drained and taking a few deep breaths.
