Welcome to this Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation and conscious sleep.
My name is Natalie and today I will guide you through this Yoga Nidra session around the benefits of bumblebee jasper.
If today you chose to tune in to the energy of bumblebee jasper,
There is surely a reason for it.
You might be looking to reconnect to your inner child.
You might be looking for some joy.
Connecting to bumblebee jasper can be very beneficial during times of stress or anxiety.
Bumblebee jasper will help you overcome limiting beliefs and boost your creative thinking.
It will also encourage you to take the initiative to move forward.
Now if you have a bumblebee jasper,
Feel free to place it near your solar plexus.
Your solar plexus is your third chakra and it is located just above your navel.
If it feels uncomfortable,
You can simply lay the stone next to you around your abdominal area.
If you don't have a bumblebee jasper,
That's not a problem.
I am connecting with the essence of bumblebee jasper while recording this Yoga Nidra and I trust that its energy will reach your energy field to the vibrations of my voice.
Now,
Find a comfortable position to start this Yoga Nidra session with me.
Lay on your back with your arms at your sides and your palms facing up.
You can close your eyes if this feels comfortable for you and take a few deep inhales and exhales.
Allow your body to relax with every exhale.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale and exhale.
Let everything go.
Inhale through the nose and exhale.
You can even make a sigh noise and let everything go.
Feel the support of the earth beneath you.
Feel grounded in this present moment.
So it is up to you if you do have a bumblebee jasper close to you,
But know that while I will be recording this Yoga Nidra session,
I am holding a bumblebee jasper and its energy will go to your energy field as well.
Bumblebee jasper is known for its vibrant yellow color.
It is believed to bring joy.
It reconnects us with our inner child and it is linked to our solar plexus,
Awakening willpower and also the drive to create.
The two benefits that we will be focusing on today are reconnecting to the ability to spot opportunities and inspiration and helping you buzz back into your life with vibrant energy.
Now visualize a warm golden light surrounding you,
Creating a protective cocoon of positive energy.
Picture the space around you filled with the vibrant yellow glow of the bumblebee jasper.
Feel the warmth and the joy from this energy,
Creating a sacred and serene environment for your practice.
Take a moment to express your gratitude for this time that you've set aside for self-care and inner exploration.
Now it's time to set our sankalpa.
A sankalpa is a positive affirmation and this will reflect our deepest desires and intentions.
If you have inspiration to have your own sankalpa,
You can go ahead and lock it in and repeat it three times in your head.
If however you would be open to a sankalpa that I would be suggesting,
Then this is for you.

Repeat it silently to yourselves three times with conviction,
Feeling how it resonates within.
And now let my voice guide you through different body parts.
You don't have to do anything except for listen to my voice and go with your intention to the body part that I will be mentioning.
Begin with your right thumb,
Feel the warm soothing energy.
Move your awareness now to your right index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger and pinky.
Sense the gentle energy flowing through each finger,
Releasing any tension.
Now move your awareness to the palm,
The back of your hand and your wrist.
Feel a deep sense of relaxation spreading through your hand.
Now extend this relaxation to your right forearm,
Your elbow,
Upper arm and shoulder.
Now bring your awareness to your solar plexus,
The area just above your navel.
Visualize a golden light radiating from this region,
Filling it with warmth and confidence.
Feel any tension or tightness dissolve.
Now bring your awareness to your left hand and begin with your left thumb.
Now move to your left index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger and pinky.
Sense the gentle energy flowing through each finger,
Releasing any tension.
Move to the palm,
The back of your hand and now your wrist.
Feel a deep sense of relaxation spring to your hands.
As you're focusing now on your left hand,
Bring an inner smile to your solar plexus.
Imagine a warm gentle smile spreading across this area,
Bringing a sense of joy and ease.
Now extend the relaxation all the way to your left forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm and shoulder.
Now bring your attention to your liver on the right side of your body.
Visualize a healing light penetrating your liver,
Whatever that means to you and releasing any sort anger or tension.
Visualize how all the anger and tension is leaving your body right now.
Try to breathe through this and now shift your focus to your kidneys,
Located on either side of your spine.
Envision a soothing energy,
Cleansing and releasing any fear or anxiety that is held within these organs.
Imagine every fear and anxiety leaving your body through your kidneys.
Breathe deeply here and really feel how the energy that was stuck in your kidneys areas or in your liver area is flowing again.
Whatever that means to you,
Really bring your awareness on those body parts right now.
Now gently move your attention to your neck.
Feel how your muscles relax.
Bring your awareness to your throat,
The center of your communication and self-expression.
Picture a calming blue light in this area,
Releasing any tension and promoting clear communication that you may feel confident to express your ideas,
Express your joy.
Now shift your focus to your head.
Feel the relaxation spreading through your scalp,
Your forehead,
Your temples and the back of your head.
Bring your attention to your eyes.
Feel how they are rolled in and try to look at your third eye while keeping your eyes closed.
Bring your awareness to your cheeks,
To your nose.
Feeling with every inhale how the air goes into your body and with every exhale how the air is passing through your nostrils.
Bring your awareness to your lips.
Unclench your teeth,
Maybe open your mouth slightly and let your tongue gently rest.
Sense the softening of your jaws.
Release any conscious and unconscious tension.
Visualize a gentle warm light illuminating your entire head.
Now move your awareness to your torso.
Feeling a sense of calm spreading through your abdomen,
Through your lower back and to your hips.
Imagine the vibrant yellow energy of the bumblebee jasper infusing every organ,
Purifying it and how you feel a sense of pure energy.
Now shift your focus to your right hip and go down to your thigh,
Your knee,
Your calf and your ankle.
All the way to your right foot,
Your big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Now bring your focus to your left hip,
Thigh,
Knee,
Calf,
Ankle.
All the way to your left foot,
Big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Try to connect to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
Picture a grounding energy.
Picture roots extending deep into the earth providing stability and support.
Visualize the color red.
Now bring your attention to your entire body,
From head to toe,
From toe to head.
Feel the unity of relaxation.
Feel the vibrant yellow energy from your solar plexus.
Feel the inner smile.
Feel the inner smile in your liver.
Feel the inner smile in your kidneys.
Feel the inner smile in your lungs.
Feel the inner smile in your heart.
Feel the inner smile in your stomach.
Sense your whole being being bathed in a warm and radiant light.
Now visualize yourself in a beautiful field.
The sun is shining brightly and the air is filled with the gentle hum of bumblebees.
Picture the vibrant yellow energy of the bumblebee jasper surrounding you,
Forming a cocoon of positivity.
Maybe you can put your lips together and make a gentle humming sound,
If this feels appropriate for you.
Feel the vibrations.
And as you walk through the fields,
Feel the joy,
Feel the lightness in every step.
Notice all the bumblebees buzzing around you,
Symbolizing your renewed willpower and creativity.
Extend your hands and let the bees gently land,

And as you absorb the energy,
Visualize your solar plexus glowing with a brilliant golden light.

Sense the opportunities and inspiration buzzing around you,
Ready to be embraced.
Take it all in.
And now gently,
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Slowly awaken your body.
Express gratitude for this time of rejuvenation and self-discovery.
Keep your eyes closed and as you come back to full awareness,
Think back of the sankalpa you chose at the beginning of your session.
Reaffirm it in your mind,
Allowing its positive energy to resonate with your entire being.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
