Welcome to this Yoga Nidra session,

A practice of deep relaxation and conscious sleep.

It's no coincidence that you've chosen this Yoga Nidra today to tune in with the energy of Red Jasper.

If you have a Red Jasper,

Feel free to place it near your root chakra.

Your root chakra is located at your tailbone,

In between your legs.

If it feels uncomfortable to place your Red Jasper there,

You can simply lay the stone next to you around your pelvic area.

If you do not have a Red Jasper,

This is not a problem at all.

I am wearing a Red Jasper while recording this Yoga Nidra,

Trusting that its energy will reach your energy field through the vibrations of my voice.

Now find a comfortable position.

Lay down on your back with your legs extended,

Your arms alongside your body and your palms facing up.

Close your eyes and take a moment to tune in.

Feel if you want to adapt something.

Maybe you would like to add a cushion underneath your knees.

Maybe you would like to have a blanket.

Whatever it is,

Just tune in and make it as comfortable as possible.

Because once the session will start,

There will be as little movement as possible.

When you are ready,

You can close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and settle in,

Into your space.

Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold and breathe out.

Let everything go.

Now bring your attention to the present moment.

Feel the support under your body and feel the gentle rise and fall of your belly while you are breathing.

Imagine a warm,

Grounding light surrounding you,

Creating a safe space for this practice.

This light is the healing energy of red jasper,

Connecting you to the earth and the roots of your being.

If you are currently struggling to turn your ideas into actions,

If achieving your goals feels challenging,

This yoga nidra is perfect to give you that extra push so you can fully commit to your goals again.

It will help you ground yourself,

Regain strength and assist you in better organizing to achieve your objectives.

Red jasper is an amazing grounding stone.

It helps you to take actions,

Certainly in situations where you don't take actions because of your own limiting beliefs.

It also helps you to find joy in tasks that you might not want to do.

Now take a moment to set an intention for this practice.

Repeat a positive affirmation or sankalpa for yourself,

Something related to the properties of red jasper.

I have some examples for you.

If it resonates,

Then this is your sankalpa.

If not,

You can definitely come up with one for yourself.

Here we go.

I am grounded and secure in every step I take.

I approach tasks with joy and enthusiasm.

I embrace challenges with strength and resilience.

I am connected to the earth,

Stable and rooted.

If none of those sankalpas resonated with you,

Just take whatever comes up in your mind right now.

Repeat it twice in your head and make it resonate deeply within you.

Now get ready for the rotation of consciousness.

Let my voice guide you all the way through the different body parts.

Start by directing your attention to your right thumb.

Feel the subtle sensation in your right thumb and let it completely relax.

Move your attention to your right index finger,

Right middle finger,

Ring finger and then finally your pinky.

Let each finger soften and release any remaining tension.

Shift your focus now to the palm of your right hand.

Feel a warm,

Soothing energy flowing through the palm.

Move your attention to the back of your right hand.

Notice any sensation or temperature.

Notice where your hand is in contact with the floor or with your yoga mat.

Release any tightness or discomfort.

Bring your attention to your right wrist.

Imagine a gentle flow of relaxation moving through it,

Releasing any tension.

Now bring your awareness to your right forearm.

Allow your forearm to relax and to soften.

Transition now to your right elbow,

All the way to your upper arm.

Feel the weight of your arm sinking into the support beneath you.

Shift your attention to your right shoulder.

Release any remaining tension.

Release any remaining tension.

Let your shoulder comfortably drop.

Now bring your attention to your entire right side.

From the top of your right thumb all the way to your shoulder.

Feel a wave of relaxation all the way into your entire right arm.

Now shift your focus to your left side,

Starting with your left thumb.

Feel the subtle sensation and let it fully relax.

Move your attention now to your left index finger,

Left middle finger,

Ring finger and finally your pinky.

Let each finger soften and release any remaining tension.

Shift your focus to the palm of your left hand.

Feel a warm,

Calming energy flowing through your palm.

Now go to the back of your left hand.

Notice any sensations or temperature change.

Feel where your left hand is touching the floor or the yoga mat.

Now bring your attention to your left wrist.

Imagine a gentle stream of relaxation flowing through it,

Releasing every tension.

Now move your awareness to your left forearm.

Allow your forearm to relax.

Allow your forearm to relax and to soften.

Go over to your left elbow,

Then all the way to your upper arm.

Feel the weight of your arm in the support beneath you.

Shift your attention now to your left shoulder.

Release any remaining tension.

And let your shoulder comfortably drop.

Now bring your attention to your entire left side.

From the top of your left thumb,

All the way up to your shoulder.

Feel a wave of deep relaxation.

Feel the left side of your body completely relaxed and at ease.

Now bring your awareness to your pelvis.

Feel the connection to the ground.

Feel the stability and the support beneath you.

Now focus your attention on the back of your body.

Start with the area of your lower back.

Notice any sensations.

Warmth.

Maybe you feel pressure.

Release tension and discomfort in this area as you breathe deeply.

Try to release every discomfort every time you breathe out.

Now shift your attention to the middle back.

Feel the contours of your spine and let each vertebra relax and sink into the ground.

Release every tension as you breathe out.

Now go to the upper back and shoulder blades.

Notice again if there is any tension and release it with every exhale.

Feel your upper back opening and relaxing.

Now bring your attention to your abdomen.

Feel the up and down movement of your abdomen as you breathe.

Release any tension in the abdomen and let the area become soft and relaxed.

Now move your awareness to your solar plexus.

The area between your navel and sternum.

Inhale deeply and feel this place filling with calming energy.

Release any tension in this area with every exhale.

Now shift your attention to your right hip.

All the way to your right thigh,

Your knee,

The front of your knee and the back of your knee.

All the way down to your right foot.

Release any tension in every part and feel very supported.

Now go with your attention to the left hip,

The left thigh,

Your knee,

The inside of your knee and down to your left foot.

Now let the entire lower part of your body relax and come to rest.

Now focus on your face.

Start with your forehead.

Relax the muscles around your eyes and your forehead.

Let go of any frown or tension in this area completely.

Move to your eyes.

Feel them gently resting in their sockets.

Relax your eye muscle,

Whatever that means to you.

Consciously observe if there is any tension and let it flow away with every exhale.

Now let go of any tension in your eyes.

Feel the tension and let it flow away with every exhale.

Now bring your attention to your cheeks and jaw.

Relax your jaws and let your mouth fall slightly open.

Notice if there is any tension in this area and release it with every exhale.

Now move to your throat.

Feel the gentle movement of your breath in this area.

Release any tension or tightness in your throat as you breathe deeply.

Now shift your attention to your neck.

Feel the connection between your head and your torso.

Let each vertebra in your neck relax.

Notice if there is any tension there and breathe it away.

Now let your attention wander to your whole body as one identity.

Feel the total relaxation you have created.

Your body is now an oasis of peace and tranquility.

Take a few deep breaths and exhale any remaining bits of tension.

Feel the ground beneath you and know that you are safe and secure.

Inhale safety and exhale tension.

Now imagine a vibrant red light at the base of your spine.

The energy of red jasper.

See this energy expanding with every breath.

Anchoring your attention.

Inhale and visualize pulling the energy of the earth up through your ribs.

Feel the energy of the earth pulling you up through your ribs.

Inhale and visualize pulling the energy of the earth up through your ribs.

Exhale and visualize pulling the energy of the earth up through your ribs.

And visualize pulling the energy of the earth up through your roots.

And as you exhale release any tension or negativity into the earth.

Inhale pulling up the energy of the earth through your roots.

And exhale release every tension and negativity into the earth.

While the energy and the red light of red jasper is surrounding your body.

Where it started at your root chakra.

And the red light is expanding all the way through your body.

Inhale pulling the energy of the earth up.

And exhale release all the negativity back into the earth.

See how there is a real shift going on in your body.

How you're making space for uplifting rooting energies.

And how you let go of every negativity.

Every limiting belief is now going back to the earth.

And inhale energy up from the earth.

And exhale let go of anything that no longer serves you.

And give it back to the earth.

And give it back to the earth.

Now continue to visualize the energy of red jasper.

Supporting you in all your endeavors.

Fulfilling tasks with joy and enthusiasm.

Now return to your sankalpa from the beginning of this session.

And repeat it again within yourself with conviction.

If you cannot remember what your sankalpa was.

Do not worry.

The right sentence will come to you.

If you cannot remember what your sankalpa was.

Do not worry.

The right sentence will come up for you right now.

Let the properties of red jasper inspire you.

Let them strengthen your intentions.

And feel the energy of this crystal merge with your being.

And just take a moment to focus on your breathing here.

And whatever comes up just let it come up.

But remember to stay in the present moment in the here and now.

And use your anchor.

Use your breath as your anchor.

Use your inhale and your exhale to connect to yourself.

And to connect to the earth.

To connect your roots to the earth.

Now step by step bring your attention back to your breath.

And feel the sensations of your body resting on the ground.

You can maybe start deepening your breath.

And just come back to your body.

You can gently open and close your fingers.

Move your toes from left to right.

And just slowly,

Slowly wake up your body.

You can still keep your eyes closed.

If you feel that you want to come up in a meditative position,

You can.

If this is something that you want to do.

First bend your knees.

Roll over to one side and use one hand as a pillow for your head.

And then whenever you are ready you can push yourself up keeping your eyes closed.

And just slowly open your eyes.

And then whenever you are ready you can push yourself up keeping your eyes closed.

Until you are in the seated meditative position.

You can either bring your hands to your knees.

Or your hands in prayer position in front of your heart.

You could also choose to stay laying down.

Whatever you feel like you might need.

And wherever you are,

Trust that this is exactly what your body needs right now.

And then slowly,

Slowly,

Wherever you are,

Open your eyes.

And carry the grounding energy of Rajaspra with you.

Know that you are ready.

Ready to face challenges with joy.

With grounding and resilience.

Thank you for participating in this Yoga Nidra session.

May you carry the calm and grounding energy of Rajaspra with you through the rest of your day.

See you next time.

Namaste.
