Welcome,
My name is Natalie and I am really glad you are here.
This meditation is an invitation to reconnect with a deeper kind of confidence.
Not loud,
Not forced,
But calm and steady.
The kind of confidence that comes from trusting yourself.
From knowing that whatever today brings,
You have the inner strength to meet it.
So find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Allow your eyes to gently close or soften your gaze.
Now take a slow breath in through your nose and release it slowly through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale and exhale,
Sigh everything out,
Letting your body settle.
And feel the weight of your body being supported.
Feel the ground beneath you.
And feel the steadiness that's already here.
Now bring your awareness to your breath,
Natural and unforced.
And with every inhale,
Bringing in presence.
And with every exhale,
Release doubt.
And now bring your attention to the center of your body,
To your core,
Your spine,
Your center of gravity.
Imagine a sense of strength here.
Not tense,
Not rigid,
But stable and grounded,
Like a tree with deep roots.
And now with every breath,
Feel yourself rooting more deeply into the ground.
Into your body and into this moment.
Now gently listen to these words or repeat them silently.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
I am capable of meeting this day.
I am capable of meeting this day.
I don't need to be perfect to be strong.
I don't need to be perfect to be strong.
I trust myself.
I am capable of meeting this day.
I don't need to be perfect to be strong.
Let these words sink in slowly.
If your mind offers doubts or old stories,
Just notice them without judgement.
Confidence doesn't mean doubt never arises,
It means you can stay present even when it does.
Now return to your breath.
Return to your center.
Now repeat.
I carry a quiet strength within me.
I carry a quiet strength within me.
I can take things one step at a time.
I can take things one step at a time.
I am allowed to stand steady in who I am.
I am allowed to stand steady in who I am.
I carry a quiet strength within me.
I can take things one step at a time.
I am allowed to stand steady in who I am.
And just feel how your body responds to these words.
Perhaps a subtle lift through your spine,
A steadiness in your chest,
A sense of grounding in your legs.
Let's take a few moments here,
Resting in this feeling of inner support.
And now begin to gently deepen your breath.
Feel your feet,
Your legs,
Your seats connected to the ground beneath you.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
As you move into your day,
Carry this quiet confidence within you.
You don't need to prove anything.
Your strength is already within you,
Steady,
Grounded and real.
Thank you for sharing this moment with me and may you move through your day with trust,
Resilience and calm self-assurance.
Until the next time,
Namaste.
