This meditation is a gentle reset for your mind.
A short pause to clear mental clutter and return to a sense of calm and clarity.
You can listen to this any time you feel overwhelmed,
Distracted,
Or in need of a soft reset.
Please find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And allow your eyes to close or soften your gaze.
Now,
Take one slow breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale and exhale,
Letting the mind begin to quiet.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Just as it is.
You don't need to control it,
Simply notice it.
And if thoughts arise,
That's okay.
This is not about stopping your thoughts.
Imagine each thought as a cloud passing through the sky of your mind.
Noticed and then gently drifting by.
Return to your breath.
Inhale clear and exhale release.
And now silently repeat these words with your breath.
Breathing in,
I reset.
Breathing out,
I let go.
Again,
Breathing in,
I reset.
Breathing out,
I let go.
Breathing in,
I reset.
Breathing out,
I let go.
And with each breath,
Imagine creating a little bit more space in your mind.
More space,
More room,
More ease.
And continue to repeat.
Breathing in,
I reset.
Breathing out,
I let go.
Breathing in,
I reset.
Breathing out,
I let go.
And let the breath smooth the edges of your thoughts.
No effort is required,
Just you and your breath.
Breathing in,
I reset.
Breathing out,
I let go.
And now take a few quiet breaths here,
Allowing your mind to settle naturally.
And now begin to gently deepen your breath.
Notice how your mind feels now.
Perhaps lighter.
Perhaps calmer.
Perhaps simply more spacious.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Carry this sense of reset with you.
You can return to this moment,
To this breath,
Anytime you need.
