Hello my friend,
Thank you so much for joining me today for our meditation on acceptance.
Acceptance doesn't mean giving up.
It's not a passive surrender to the way things are.
It's an acknowledgement that what is happening is happening.
What you're feeling,
You're feeling.
And that you are exactly where you are.
Things like our GPS can only guide us if it has our destination and our current location.
Our own internal guidance only works properly if we accept where we are right now.
I'm going to offer phrases and statements that will help you find acceptance and peace.
If you'd like,
You can repeat the phrase after me out loud or in your mind to make the words more your own.
There's a value in hearing your own voice as well.
So let's begin by making yourself,
Your body,
Comfortable.
You might shrug your shoulders a few times.
Take a few deep cleansing breaths in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
You might move your neck and your shoulders,
Your back.
Settle in wherever you are.
Make your body comfortable and alert.
As you hear and listen to these statements and phrases,
I want you to pay very close attention to how you feel.
I want you to acknowledge and accept and be willing to allow anything,
Any reaction,
Any resistance,
Any anger,
Frustration,
Sadness,
Happiness,
Everything.
Be willing to let it flow.
Be willing to let it happen.
Be willing to feel what you feel.
If you're ready,
Please close your eyes and let's begin.
I am where I am.
I am where I am.
I am where I am.
I am where I am.
I am where I am.
I am where I am.
I am where I am.
I am where I am.
I am.
I feel what I feel.
I feel what I feel.
I feel what I feel.
I feel what I feel.
I feel what I feel.
I feel what I feel.
I feel what I feel.
I feel what I feel.
I feel.
I want what I want.
I want what I want.
I want what I want.
I want.
What I want.
I want what I want.
I want what I want.
I want what I want.
I want what I want.
I want.
I am who I am.
I Am Who I am.
I am who I am.
I am who I am.
I am who I am.
I am who I am.
I am who I am.
I am.
I love what I love.
I love what I love.
I love what I love.
I love what I love.
I love what I love.
I love what I love.
I love what I love.
I love what I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
I love.
If you're ready to transition back,
You can shrug your shoulders and begin to move your body.
It may be a good idea to write or journal or to talk to someone and share your experience.
I wish you well.
Namaste.
I love.
I love.
