I first began to meditate when I was 19 to help me cope with anxiety and release negative thoughts. It created such a profound shift in my life that I began to teach it, along with yoga and qi gong, full time ever since. Meditation can be many things to many people, and I love to share its profound benefits with others. Very calming. Easy to follow. Music was at a wonderfully low volume. This is a great meditation to begin one’s day with. I’m saving this one.
