We will start with a mind-body drop in that will lead into a visualization. During this experience, you are invited to release any expectations around the experience and yourself. You are also being invited to embrace any thoughts that come up whole-heartedly allowing them to work with you as you drop in. The theme of strength is meant to empower, meaning that the meditation is only a contribution to any truths that are already wanting to come up. Each time you drop in you will have a different experience.

Transcript

So just begin by visualizing a white light filling the top of your mind and sinking down into the body,

Filling the shoulders,

Going down the back,

Swirling through the stomach and sinking all the way down to the bottom of your toes.

Using this first moment to skin your body.

And now just bringing your awareness to the rising and the following of the breath.

Feeling free to place one hand on your heart and one hand on your stomach.

Just begin to notice the sensation of the rising and the following of the breath.

Giving yourself full permission to take deep healing breaths.

Building a trust now within yourself that you know exactly what you need to do.

And just listening to your heartbeat,

Noticing if it's beating fast or if it's beating slow.

Spending one more moment here.

And now just shift your awareness to your thoughts,

To any stories that are going on in the mind,

Any emotions that may be coming up and without judging them,

Without trying to change them in any way,

Just allow yourself to embrace them wholeheartedly.

Listening to what's going on,

Acknowledging it and letting it know that it's being heard.

And once you've acknowledged,

Once you've created this space for yourself,

Gently shift your thoughts and your awareness back to this present moment,

Back to emotions that are working for you in this moment as you gently release anything,

Any emotions and any thoughts that aren't working for you.

Allowing yourself now to drop back into your body,

Back into the rising and the falling of the breath,

This time scanning the body,

Noticing if you're still holding on to any tension,

Allowing the breath to assist you,

Allowing you to travel throughout the body,

And just noticing now how the mind and the body are working together,

Working to restore perfect balance,

Perfect peace,

And perfect harmony.

As you now cycle through at your own pace,

Acknowledging everything that's going on,

Embracing,

Letting the thoughts know that they're being heard,

And gently releasing,

Allowing this time to be for any insights,

Any patterns that are going on in your mind,

Or anything else to come up.

Spending one more moment here.

So just imagine now that you're going to a beautiful place,

A place that feels like comfort and like home,

Imagining yourself arriving there now,

Looking down at the ground,

The floor beneath you,

Looking down at your feet,

And slowly shifting your gaze upwards,

Taking in all of the beautiful surroundings,

Really enjoying for a moment what is there for you to see,

And just allowing yourself to explore,

Allowing your heart to guide you,

Allowing yourself to embrace your thoughts,

But to just put them down for a moment,

To allow your true expression to begin to form as you visualize a white light starting from your heart,

Expanding to the rest of your body,

Feeling it up so much that it begins to overflow into this beautiful place,

Feeling the courage and the strength to show your true expression,

To release anything that isn't serving you,

And to move forward from a place of strength,

A place of love,

And a place of truth that resonates with you.

And just imagine now that you're coming across two doors.

When being a door,

That requires you to go back to a time where you may have needed some strength,

And the other door being to a time where you were able to show yourself,

To show up for yourself with complete strength.

Just imagine now that there's a gift for you,

A gift resembling this strength.

This can be in the form of a certain permission that you may need to give yourself,

A symbol or an object that pertains uniquely to you.

Just allowing yourself to decide what that is and what that looks like.

Just imagine now that you're fully accepting that gift,

Allowing you to carry it as you continue to both of these doors.

And now just allowing yourself to go to the door to the left if you'd like,

Allowing yourself to open it up,

And to take in the surroundings,

Noticing what's happening,

Noticing where you were at the time,

Finding yourself,

And just allowing yourself now to receive that gift,

Having that conversation with yourself,

And reminding them of the strength that's already within them.

Spending one more moment here,

Taking one last look at the surroundings,

And just allow yourself to release any feelings,

Any thoughts,

Or any judgments that you have surrounding yourself and surrounding a lack of strength.

Allow yourself to humbly put those things down,

Allowing yourself to think the situation,

And just imagine now that as you're leaving that you're able to metaphorically and physically close the door behind you,

Visualizing that same light of strength now filling your body,

Bringing your focus back to the breath as you scan your body,

Checking in with yourself,

Checking in with where you're at,

And when you're ready just allowing yourself to go to the next door,

Deciding if that's a time that's going to happen now,

In the future,

But just allow this time to be one that shows you complete strength,

And just imagine now that you're opening the door,

Taking a look at the beautiful surroundings,

And allowing your imagination to run wild,

Imagining the best possible situation for yourself,

Imagining a situation where you're living through and with your complete strength,

And just imagine now that this individual,

This version of you,

Is now approaching you,

Just noticing what they look like,

The emotions that they're feeling,

And how they're choosing to represent themselves,

Imagining now that they have a gift for you,

A gift to show you this strength,

A gift to face any limitations that you may be facing,

And finally the gift to release anything,

Any situation that isn't working for you,

And just allow yourself right now to listen to what's going on,

To what might be coming up,

Just allowing this time to be yours,

And just allow yourself to spend one more moment here,

Listening to what you need,

Finding the strength within yourself,

And when you're ready,

Just allow yourself to leave this beautiful place,

Coming back to yourself,

Back to this present moment,

And back to the rising and the falling of the breath,

Feeling free now to place your hands on your heart,

Genuinely thanking yourself for the complete strength that it takes to go within,

For the curiosity that lies within us to explore,

To search,

And to find new answers in the depths of our heart,

And feeling free in this moment now to set one last intention of how you can show up today with a little more strength,

A little more love,

And a little more light as you continue on through the rest of the day,

Just allowing yourself to really hold this emotion,

To hold this vision,

My soul honors your soul.
