It has been designed to support you in deeply, relaxing, falling asleep, and/or moving into a space of deep meditation, pure consciousness, and inward awareness. Use this music when you want to move into a space within you and feel a sense of peace, presence, and relaxation. Listen before bed or while you are resting, meditating, or doing gentle movement/yoga. The music will fade out slowly so you can drift into a place of rest and/or peaceful sleep. Alternatively, play this music in the morning to stay your day off with a peaceful & slow-moving presence.
