
Yoga Nidra Sleep: River Of Love

This Yoga Nidra practice will guide you into balance, presence & deep sleep. It will guide you towards the 5th Kosha in Yoga Nidra called the Anandamaya Kosha. Also called "ocean of bliss", it is referred to in this practice as the "river of love". Underneath the layers of our "self", there is a current that flows, stemming from the collective source. It's a state of peace, bliss, and love that is constant and unconditional. It is normal to flow in and out of this state when we move deeper into the practice of Yoga Nidra; even a few moments spent in this state can bring a sense peace and balance to the body and mind. Remember, it is a practice that can take time, so be patient and let your focus be on finding rest. Use this track to sleep, nap, or have some "you" time. The music will fade out slowly so you can fall asleep. Lie back, relax...let what happens, happen...give yourself the gift of rest.
