This Yoga Nidra will guide you on a journey to connect with your own intuition to help you feel into the unknown. We use the archetype of the Underworld to help guide us into the unknown places that live within us & that live in the future. Often, feelings of anxiety can result when we ignore our intuition and the parts of ourselves that hold our deepest wisdom. Use this practice to begin cultivating trust in your intuition so that you can feel into the unknown (the underworld) with a sense of ease and trust, free some anxiety. This practice can be used before bed to fall asleep, in place of a nap during the day or in any moments when you feel anxious or uncertain in life.
