This is a Yoga Nidra designed to support you in exploring the contrast between heavy emotions and light emotions, guiding you to invite them in and let them calm at will to strengthen your emotional resilience & help you to calm your nervous system by learning to move from difficult emotions into a regulated state. This Nidra highlights the third layer of consciousness, Manomaya Kosha and is themed around the fire element. Together, we journey through the five layers: body scan, breath awareness, emotional awareness, visualization & bliss with a special focus on thoughts & emotions. Note: this Yoga Nidra may evoke emotions and and works with the fire energy, which may make you feel awake. Emotional regulation tools are taught to soothe any overwhelming emotions.
