Higher Self Guided Meditation Welcome to this guided meditation with Natalie.

This meditation will bring you into a deeply relaxed state.

So please do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

You will connect with your higher self and be able to ask for help and guidance with any issue,

Question or decision that is currently troubling you.

So let's begin.

I want you to put yourself into a comfortable position and take some deep cleansing breaths in and out through your nose.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And with each breath that you take and with each word that is uttered,

You can feel your body relaxing more and more.

Continue with those deep breaths in and out through your nose.

I wonder if you can imagine yourself standing underneath a waterfall of relaxation.

Just feel that relaxing,

Comfortable feeling flowing all the way down your body.

All the way down from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Soothing,

Calming,

Relaxing,

Easing away any tensions.

Making you feel good.

Making you feel comfortable.

Making you feel so relaxed.

It is a wonderful feeling to be so relaxed.

It is quite perfect to be here right now,

Enjoying this calming,

Soothing experience.

You are now feeling very relaxed.

And you are aware of your body and the weight of your body.

Perhaps you can feel it sinking down deeper into the mattress or chair under its weight.

Your mind is in complete control of your body,

Including all of your muscles.

So focusing your attention now on your feet and toes.

There is an energy moving into the soles of your feet and that energy is warming and relaxing all of the muscles in your feet and toes.

Feel the muscles relaxing now.

That energy is moving up into your calves and as it moves,

Both of your calf muscles become quite loose and relaxed.

Feel your calf muscles relax now.

The warming,

Calming energy is moving now into your thigh muscles,

Causing them to simply let go and become loose.

Now letting your thigh muscles completely relax.

You feel the relaxing energy moving into your hips and into your buttocks.

Feeling all the muscles there unwinding,

Becoming loose and relaxed.

You notice that wonderful calming energy moving into your abdominal muscles,

Your waist and your lower back.

And as it does,

All the muscles there are bathed in relaxing energy,

Which causes them to unwind like a rubber band and let go.

And if your mind is beginning to wander now,

That's okay.

It just means that you're relaxing and feeling very dreamy.

Your unconscious mind is listening very carefully to every word I say.

And with each word that I utter and with each breath that you take,

You can feel yourself relaxing more and more.

Now that energy is flowing up into your chest and upper back,

Causing the muscles there to relax and just hang loose.

The relaxing energy is moving into your shoulders now.

And as the muscles relax,

You can feel your shoulders sinking down,

Relaxing,

Becoming heavy.

And now you can feel the energy moving into your arms,

Your hands and your fingers,

Relaxing all of those muscles.

You might even feel some tingling in your fingertips as the energy reaches them.

That relaxing energy is now moving into your neck.

And if you are holding any tension there,

It simply disappears,

Allowing the neck muscles to become loose and free.

The energy is now moving into your head,

Causing the muscles of your scalp and around your ears to unwind and become warm and relaxed.

Now the energy is flowing around your face and as it moves,

All the tiny muscles around your eyes,

Nose and mouth relax.

Your jaw releases as you allow a little space between your teeth and even your tongue begins to relax.

Your entire body is now totally relaxed and your body feels as limp as a rag doll.

You are feeling drowsy and comfortable and safe and secure.

That energy is still in you and it's now flowing down from the top of your head all the way down to your feet.

As it reaches your feet,

Your entire body is now enveloped in a warm cocoon of energy that protects you from any negative influences.

You are very relaxed now and feeling very sleepy.

You may hear sounds in your environment,

But unless there's something that needs your immediate attention,

You remain totally relaxed.

In fact,

The sounds you hear,

Including my voice,

Only serve to help you go deeper asleep.

You know that you have the ability to come out of this relaxation whenever you wish and because of that knowledge,

You feel safe and secure.

So continue to fully relax,

Let go and be at ease.

You are drifting deeper asleep with every breath you exhale,

Deeper asleep,

Even deeper asleep.

In your mind,

In your imagination,

Go now to a room where you feel totally safe,

Secure and comfortable.

You know this room very,

Very well and you can see it clearly in your mind's eye.

Notice the furniture.

Notice what's on the floor.

Are there any objects in the room?

Notice the number of windows and how they are decorated.

Everything you see is sharp and vivid in your mind and the colours are pure and bright.

Notice if there are any sounds in the room.

Are there any familiar smells?

Now reach out and pick up an object.

Notice how heavy or light it is.

How does it feel in your hands?

Is it warm or cool or somewhere in between?

Is the texture rough or smooth?

Does it have any angles or corners?

Now again looking around the room where you feel safe and you can continue to relax and go deeper asleep.

You now notice an elevator door on the opposite side of the room.

You walk over to that elevator and press the call button.

The lift arrives and the doors slide open.

You go ahead and step inside.

You notice you are on the top floor,

Level 5.

In a moment I am going to count to 3 and on the count of 3 you will go from level 5 down to level 4 and be twice as deeply asleep.

2,

3.

You are now at level 4,

Much deeper asleep than you were before.

But as deep as level 4 is,

Level 3 is 5 times deeper.

I am going to count again from 1 to 3 and when I reach 3 you will go from level 4 down,

Down,

Down to level 3 and be 5 times deeper relaxed.

1,

2,

3.

You are now at level 3,

5 times deeper relaxed than you were before.

But as deep as level 3 is,

Level 2 is 5 times deeper.

I am going to count again from 1 to 3 and when I reach 3 you will go from level 3 down,

Down,

Down to level 2 and be 5 times deeper relaxed.

1,

2,

3.

You are now at level 2,

5 times deeper relaxed than you were before.

You continue your relaxation journey from level 2 to level 1,

Which is 5 times deeper.

I am going to count again from 1 to 3 and when I reach 3 you will go from level 2 down,

Down,

Down to level 1 and be 5 times deeper relaxed.

2,

3.

You are now at level 1,

5 times deeper relaxed than you were before.

The final floor is level 0.

I am going to count once more from 1 to 3 and when I reach 3 you will go down from level 1 down,

Down,

Down to level 0 and be 5 times deeper relaxed.

1,

2,

3.

You are now at level 0,

5 times deeper relaxed than you were before.

The doors open and you step out of the elevator into a beautiful scene in nature.

This is your happy place.

The location in nature where you feel the most comfortable,

Inspired and at peace.

Maybe for you it's a white sandy beach by an impossibly blue ocean.

Maybe you love being in the forest,

Absorbing the ground and energy from the trees.

Or perhaps you enjoy the freedom and space of the mountains best.

Wherever your special place in nature happens to be,

Take a moment to really picture this scene in your mind's eye.

Notice the sights,

The sounds and the aromas of this beautiful space.

You see someone standing in the distance.

This person looks really familiar to you,

But you are a little too far away to see who it is.

The person walks towards you and you feel drawn to walk towards them too.

As you approach each other,

You begin to recognise this person.

It is like looking in a mirror and you see that this person looks exactly like you.

You hear the person speaking to you,

But you don't hear their voice out loud.

Their soothing voice sounds inside your head.

Hello,

Says the person who looks just like you.

I am your higher self.

I am here to answer any questions you have about your life direction and your feelings.

So tell me,

What has been on your mind lately?

What is it that you need help with?

Go ahead,

Ask me anything.

You take up the invitation from your higher self.

You ask the question that has been weighing on your mind the most recently.

That decision you have been struggling to make.

You ask and then you pause and listen for the answer.

Listen closely.

It may come in an abstract form.

A feeling,

A colour,

A shape,

An image or even another question.

Pay attention to anything that comes up as we pause for a minute so that you can ask your question and listen for the answer.

Now,

Absorb the answer you have been given.

Now,

Absorb the answer you received deep inside your heart.

It will remain there to guide you on your next steps.

Even if you don't fully understand it yet.

The meaning your higher self is trying to convey will become clear to you very soon.

And it's okay if you didn't yet receive a clear answer.

Just know that it is coming.

Stay awake and aware as you move through the next few days in your life.

If you didn't receive an answer,

It will come in the form of coincidences,

Signals and signs.

Pay attention to anything that catches your eye,

Particularly repetitions of things or phrases,

Repetitive numbers and things from nature in music,

Lyrics or art.

If you did receive an answer but you weren't sure of the meaning,

Again pay attention to all the signs around you over the next few days.

The meaning will become clear to you and you'll know deep in your heart what you need to do for the highest benefit of all.

If you did receive an answer and you understood the meaning,

Go forward into your life and take action on the guidance from your higher self.

Remain open to the signs though as they can provide extra clarity and guidance.

You will notice that now you are connected to your higher self.

You will see these signs,

Signals and serendipities much more often in your daily life.

Always pay attention to them.

They are signs from your higher self pointing you in the right direction.

Thank your higher self as you give each other a big hug and say goodbye.

Before your higher self leaves,

They speak once again into your mind.

Thank you for being here today.

Thank you for connecting with me and trusting me to guide you.

I will always be here to offer you help and inspiration.

I will always love you unconditionally and I will always show you the right path to take.

Remember you can come back to this place whenever you wish,

As often as you wish.

I will be here waiting for you with love and guidance.

You watch your higher self leave and take a deep breath.

You feel very relaxed,

Content,

Supported and inspired to move forward,

Knowing that the decision you make will be the right one.

Just allow yourself to drift into a deep,

Restorative sleep.

The music will continue for a little while to help you transition from this blissful,

Relaxed state into a beautiful deep sleep.

While you sleep,

The answers or guidance you receive from your higher self will continue to strengthen and clarify,

So that when you wake you will have a strong sense of the right decision to make.

But for now,

Just let go of any effort you have been making and let yourself drift down into sleep.

Drifting down into sleep.

Deeply asleep.

I've been listening to this every night for the past I want to say 5 months and I have to say it's been the best sleep aid ever!! I've tried others and they help but this doesn't compare to a lot of the others that I've listened to. It puts me in a state of relaxation instantly and I sleep deeply. I think it's been two or three times that I actually got to the end but almost every time I'm in a deep sleep. Thank you for this because oftentimes when you're worried and you go to sleep it's hard to go to sleep quickly and it's even harder to wake up and not be worried about the same thing you went to sleep thinking about. When I listen to this I don't wake up worried about what I was thinking prior to listening to this. It has helped me tremendously!
