Unicorn guide meditation begin by taking a few deep breaths filling your lungs completely and exhaling fully inhaling and receiving the breath gratefully exhaling and letting it all go graciously one more time a deep inhalation filling your lungs and exhale completely letting go and just taking a moment to make sure that you are completely comfortable sitting or lying down for this meditation and as you sink into the support beneath you you feel completely held completely safe completely relaxed and now in your mind's eye you see yourself walking down a path a path through a magnificent enchanted forest looking around you can see the ancient trees twisted with age leaves flowers and fruits abundantly gracing their branches the dappled sunlight that streams through the trees sparkles with magic you see creatures in the undergrowth butterflies and fairies flitting about in and out of the greenery and you hear the sweetest and most soothing bird song as you continue down this path through the enchanted forest you see before you a stream and the stream has a little bridge that crosses it and invites you to walk across to the other side as you do so you feel as if you are crossing a threshold crossing an invisible boundary walking through the veil you know that this is a special place to be and you carry on down the path you find yourself walking into a glade filled with sparkling sunlight and in the center of the glade you see a white unicorn this is the most magnificent creature you have ever seen the unicorn seems to glow from the inside you know that this is a being of the purest energy you can see extending from the unicorn's third eye chakra a horn of concentrated pure high vibrational white light the horn radiates energy and sparkling stars appear from its tip the unicorn has a thick mane and tail of shimmering silvery white sensing your energy is pure and that you are on the path of spiritual awakening the unicorn psychically invites you to approach and connect energetically and physically accepting this invitation you step into the glade and approach the unicorn you reach out your hand and connect with this beautiful being of light and you feel the energy connecting with your own it's such a wonderfully uplifting feeling and you feel so much love coming from this unicorn being now properly connected your unicorn tells you their name listen closely to hear your unicorn guide's name so now you are properly acquainted with your unicorn they lead you through the enchanted forest pointing out all of the magical elemental beings that call it home who do you notice as you walk beside your unicorn so you arrive at a small waterfall the water is sparkling in the sunlight and it pours down the rocks into a crystal clear pool your unicorn invites you to bathe in this pool for this is magical water that washes away stagnant energy and spiritually cleanses you in preparation for your unicorn to help to help your spiritual ascension process feeling secure and secluded you undress and climb into the pool the water feels exquisite just the right temperature for you you swim to the waterfall and allow the water to cascade over the top of your head and your crown chakra the cleansing energy streaming through your entire chakratic system sweeping away blockages and making your energy field sing and vibrate Mrs As you climb out of the pool and sit on the bank drying in the sunlight,
You catch a glimpse of your reflection in the magical waters.
The water is indeed magical because it reflects your aura.
You see your aura as the most beautiful rainbow of colours,
Flecked with sparkling stars.
The colours in your aura are those that represent higher spiritual energy and a completely balanced and open chakratic system to you personally.
And you delight in seeing the fantastic colours and glittering sparkles of your aura.
