This meditation is here to help you connect with the energy of Aquarius.
Aquarius is the air sign that's ruled by Saturn,
And in modern astrology it's also connected to the revolutionary energy of Uranus.
Aquarius has the special ability to see both the tiniest details and the biggest of big pictures.
Like the atmosphere of the Earth,
Which helps water and light to flow over the surface of our planet,
Aquarius has a special ability to guide conduits of information.
Aquarius does like to have standards and rules,
But it's also guided by its own broad-minded moral compass,
So it'll advocate for new rules if the old ones are outworn.
Aquarius is here to revolutionize and update our thinking,
To expand our consciousness,
And to write the rules that can help us envision better futures.
So,
As you deepen into your breath,
Beginning to allow each inhale and each exhale to be a little longer and a little more spacious,
Allowing your body to relax and your awareness to gradually expand,
From the center of your head,
Out into the room around you,
And then slowly,
I want you to imagine that you're floating upwards,
Your body becoming lighter and lighter,
Becoming misty,
Vaporous,
Until you feel yourself transform into a beautiful cloud,
Floating high above the Earth,
Feeling your cloud self expanding,
Contracting,
Morphing,
With each inhale absorbing water as it evaporates from the Earth's surface,
And with your exhale allowing raindrops to fall,
And as your consciousness expands out over the Earth below you,
Notice the networks of beings that cover this beautiful planet,
Observe how they move,
Interact,
Pay attention to the atmosphere around you,
How it encircles the planet,
Sustaining its life.
You are part of this life-giving atmosphere.
Release back down,
Into your body,
Into your head,
With each breath becoming human once more,
Three more conscious breaths,
Then we will return.
