Softening the gates.
You are welcome here.
Holding you.
Give yourself a moment.
What do you need right now to just be 10% more comfortable?
What adjustments could you make?
I'm right here with you doing these adjustments.
Take yourself into a position.
That feels comfortable and feels like a landing into this moment.
Checking in with your jaw.
Is it clenched?
Is it loose?
Knowing that your jaw is directly linked to your pelvis.
Softening into the earth,
Held by the Great Mama.
Give yourself this moment,
Wherever you are.
Maybe you're sitting,
Lying.
Maybe you're just simply walking slowly between worlds.
This is a moment.
Not to prepare.
That's not what this is.
It's simply a moment to arrive.
Holding you as you find safety into the softening.
Holding you as your body begins to understand its threshold.
Taking a moment to orient into the space looking around the space and noticing what's around you and scanning the space until you find something to neutrally gaze at and once you find that neutral gaze find that item remain with it with eyes open until you feel ready to close your eyes and Take this moment.
Maybe you never feel ready to close your eyes and you're simply here listening to these words.
I'm right here with you.
Begin by checking in with your breath.
How gently,
How quickly,
How smoothly your breath moves in and out.
And as you check in with your breath,
Bring awareness to your baby.
Checking in with where they are within you today.
How they root into you.
Checking in with how you and your baby feel together in this dance.
Nothing to change,
Just noticing.
Continue to check in with the breath at the same time,
Not forcing,
Not deepening,
Just noticing the natural rhythm.
Begin to notice the breath.
As it moves into the body and notice if.
You can breathe a little deeper down into your diaphragm.
Notice if you can breathe even deeper now and into the womb space where your baby maybe sleeps or moves.
Continue to breathe deeper into this space while also softening the breath.
While also softening the jaw.
Bringing that breath deep to the hammock that supports you there at the base,
Your pelvic floor.
See if you can bring that softening all the way down to the root of yourself,
Your pelvic floor.
The gates of your body respond to safety,
Not force.
So just noticing where this breath lands.
And continue to feel down into the pelvis now.
Down into the pelvis.
Noticing.
Yourself in this space.
There are eight gates of the womb.
We're going to begin by checking in with the gates.
Beginning with the first gate.
Checking in with the first gate,
The Yoni Lips.
The entrance to the womb space connected to the earth.
The element of earth.
Continue to breathe into this entrance space.
Notice what comes up as you check in with this space.
Notice if you can soften this entrance.
Even more into the earth,
Almost as though it's unfurling into the earth.
Noticing how this gate represents safety and when you think about safety what comes up for you in this moment,
Just being with that.
As you continue to be with this space,
Continue to connect with the breath.
Continue to bring in a softening into this space.
Now moving into the second gate.
Moving towards the Yoni cave.
Noticing what comes up when you check in deeper in towards the womb but at this point you're simply Within the entrance,
Not at entrance,
Within the entrance.
Within the cave,
Within the space that lies within.
Noticing what comes up when you begin to check in with this space.
Breathe into this space,
Soften into this space.
Noticing what comes up when you think about this element of water and how this element is associated with the release of sacred waters.
Which acts to cleanse the pelvis.
We're not here speaking to any waters.
As such we're speaking to the element of water,
We're speaking to this space of release We're speaking to this element that exists within.
We're speaking to.
This element that allows for.
Softening.
That allows for flow,
That allows for movement.
This g-spot area.
And continue to move deeper into the pelvis now,
Towards the third gait.
Noticing what comes up when you think about this spot that is so underused within this healing journey.
Noticing.
Breathing.
Tending to this space,
This clitoral space which brings with it a fiery and sensual space.
This space dedicated to pleasure and joy.
What comes up when you breathe into this space,
Into this clitoral space within your body?
See if the breath can soften,
See if you can bring in more joy,
More pleasure,
More softening.
Breathing into that.
Notice what comes up when you think of that word fiery.
This fiery sensual space.
Continue to breathe now moving into the fourth gate.
Moving towards the cervix.
This space between the inner and outer.
This gatekeeper.
Your inner world.
The outer world.
The inner world of the mysteries that lie within.
This space is related to the heart chakra.
What comes up when you think about this space within the body that exists to gatekeep between the inner and the outer mysteries of life.
It's just yours,
Nobody else's.
Breathe into that.
Now moving into gate 5.
Towards the womb where your baby lies dancing moving Noticing what comes up when you speak to the womb.
What comes up if you speak to claiming your longing within this space?
What comes up when you.
.
.
Start to really deepen into that longing.
Get curious about that longing that lies there within the womb.
Your longing,
Nobody else's.
Noticing what comes up when you think about this inner union with yourself within that center.
Within the centre of your body.
Breathing into that.
Softening down deeper rooting into the earth holding you Moving into gate six now,
This creation point.
This space.
Noticing what comes up when you move through any rigid thinking or any need to control.
When you surrender to your soul and allow your soul to guide you.
What comes up when you breathe into this space.
Continuing to breathe.
Softening into the ebbs and flows of life.
And then gate seven,
This cosmic womb,
This space of complete and utter ecstasy that lies within where there's infinite potential.
Where you can let go of attachments and just soften into this.
Unknown world that exists within,
Unknown to those around you.
Maybe even unknown to you.
So let's take that moment to connect with that space.
There in the center of your body,
Connecting with that space,
Connecting with it all,
Your pelvis,
Your cervix,
Your womb,
Your yoni canal,
Not as something to prepare,
These spaces are simply to be listened to,
And so the question is,
What is there today?
And where is the holding today?
And where is the openness today?
Breathing into those questions for a moment longer.
I'm checking in if there's any fear,
Anticipation.
Or quiet unknown words that are here to be spoken in this space.
And checking in if there's any fear or any anticipation.
What arises for you here in this space,
Allowing it all to be here in this space.
Now begin to soften again and instead of pushing,
Open any gates.
Just tend to any areas that are calling you.
Imagine the breath moving downwards.
Now begin to soften.
Into an area that is opening to soften.
Breathing down.
Into these spaces and on each exhale notice a gentle unfurling like petals that do not rush but unfold.
Imagine the breath moving down.
Allowing each exhale to soften the spaces that lie within.
Just like the petals that do not rush to be opened.
They do not rush to unfurl.
Allow yourself to remain in this soft space,
Softening the inner gates,
Softening the outer body,
The inner body.
Utilizing your breath to do so.
Softening the inner gates,
Softening the outer gates.
Softening the inner gates,
Softening the outer body,
Inhales and exhales.
And allowing the mind to tune into any thoughts around birth,
What arises for you when you feel into that.
We're not here to fix,
We're not here to reframe,
We're just allowing those thoughts to be witnessed.
Breathing into those now.
And allowing yourself to notice and just be with those thoughts as they pass through.
Returning again to this space.
This body of yours to your womb.
After moving and dancing with any thoughts that arise.
This body that you return to that knows how to open.
This body that knows how to release.
Let yourself rest inside that knowing.
Softening the perineum onto the earth like an unravelling rose.
Taking some final breaths.
When you feel ready placing a hand on your womb and one hand on your heart and allow yourself to be simply held here,
Tended to,
Mothered for as long as you need.
Holding you.
You
