Bubbles Of Joy Meditation

This meditation practice will be begin by centering ourselves then using a light visualization to cleanse clear and balance ourselves. We will create a sphere of protection around ourselves and then fill it with bubbles of light, love, joy and bliss. We end with connecting to our ability to experience the joy that exists all around us. The music in the background was created by Marcus Fung of Earth Harmony

Hello everyone,

Nancy here from Nancy Inspired and I am here to share with you bubbles of joy meditation.

This meditation is designed to help us cleanse and clear and balance and send away anything that doesn't serve us and fill us with bubbles of joy and delight So settle in,

Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.

We're just going to start by becoming aware of our bodies Take a few deep breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth Center yourself,

Ground yourself into this space Now on one of your inhalations,

Breathe in gratitude.

Gratitude for the fact that you are here taking the time to meditate,

To look after yourself We're going to exhale any judgment about our ability to focus or attention or anything else we might be judging ourselves on.

We're going to inhale gratitude for showing up and exhale any negative feelings Now as you breathe in and continue to breathe at your normal pattern,

You're going to visualize a beautiful white light.

This white light has a bluish tinge to it and it begins to swirl around you counterclockwise.

So it comes from above,

This beautiful white light that you can feel radiating down upon your body and it begins to swirl counterclockwise and as it swirls counterclockwise,

It starts to pull out at the root anything that doesn't serve you and it's like a laser that's cutting away and pulling away at the roots,

Anything that doesn't serve you.

It's cleansing,

Clearing and balancing your heart,

Your mind,

Your body and your spirit on all levels for your highest and best good Allow that blue white light to continue to swirl counterclockwise Clearing out everything,

Anything from your root chakra that doesn't belong Anything from the sacral chakra,

The point just below your belly button Pulling out anything that doesn't serve you Moving up to the solar plexus,

This is right by your sternum Swirling counterclockwise,

This beautiful white blue light continues to swirl counterclockwise,

Pulling out anything from the root that does not serve you,

That does not belong Moves up into the heart center and as it swirls around your heart center,

It pulls out anything that is not serving you.

Any excess sorrow or grief that you're holding on to that doesn't need to be there,

Any heartache that doesn't need to be there,

Anything that doesn't serve you.

As it cleanses,

Clears and balances your heart,

Your mind,

Your body and your spirit on all levels for your highest and best good.

Now we're going to visualize that light swirling counterclockwise around your throat chakra.

This is all the unspoken words,

All the boundaries not set All the negative self-talk,

It pulls it out at the root,

It no longer serves you We're going to cleanse,

Clear and balance your heart,

Your mind,

Your body and your spirit on all levels for your highest and best good.

Pulling out anything that doesn't serve you from the root The light continues to swirl all around you,

This beautiful white blue light and it comes up to your third eye,

That is the space between your eyes just above your eyebrows and that swirling white blue light pulls out at the root anything that doesn't serve you It's going to cleanse,

Clear and balance your heart,

Your mind,

Your body and your spirit on all levels for your highest and best good And then that white blue light connects right back up to your crown chakra,

Right up to divine source energy.

The light just continues to go up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up into the divine source,

Collective consciousness,

Collective wisdom,

Infinite love And as it connects to that infinite love,

It starts to shift and the light is going to start swirling clockwise around your body and it shifts into a beautiful gold color with a little bit of rose and teal mixed in and it's going to spin clockwise all the way down from the cosmos all the way over your body,

Spinning clockwise,

Filling up all the spaces with love and light and blessing,

Like an energetic lubricant so that none of the things that we don't want,

The things that don't serve us can stick into those spaces anymore as it cleanses and clears and it fills up with light and love and blessing,

Joy,

Bliss,

Peace,

Contentment,

Empowerment,

Strength and it continues to swirl clockwise filling up all the spaces and as it fills up it's going to start at the crown chakra and the crown chakra right above your head begins to glow with a beautiful light connecting to this swirling energy and the third eye connects with this light and activates a beautiful purple radiates from the third eye and as the light continues to swirl clockwise around your body it lights up your throat chakra with a beautiful blue light connecting back to the yellow gold light swirling clockwise around your body lighting up your throat chakra allowing you to feel empowered to set boundaries to speak your truth we're going to allow that light to continue to swirl down to your heart chakra and it lights it up with a beautiful green light allowing you to understand the reciprocity of love,

The fact that you are loved at all times,

That you are connected to the divine source love,

The biggest love there is at all times and you have the ability to internalize it,

Feel this love at any point,

Allow that love to build right onto your face as a smile and we're going to allow that light to continue to swirl clockwise around your body and it's going to light up your solar plexus with a beautiful yellow light your solar plexus is just by your sternum and that beautiful yellow light is going to allow you to feel empowered,

Allow you to feel brave and courageous,

Allow you to embrace all that life has to offer you and that light's going to continue to swirl clockwise around you and it's going to light up your sacral chakra that's the chakra just below your belly button and it fills with a beautiful orange light and this is your deepest self empowered,

Alive,

Vibrant,

Connected to your deepest desires,

Ready to live life to the fullest and we're going to allow that light to continue to swirl clockwise around you and light up the root chakra,

The very base of your spine,

This is going to allow you to feel grounded,

It's a beautiful red light and it allows you to feel grounded and rooted and recognize that you are rooted and grounded no matter where you are,

No matter what you're doing,

No matter where you are,

You are rooted and grounded in this divine beautiful radiant light as the light continues to swirl clockwise around your body it begins to form almost like a cocoon,

A comfortable dome,

A comfortable bubble,

This bubble becomes your armor,

This bubble becomes your protection,

It allows only love and light and blessing to permeate through,

Anything that doesn't serve you is repelled off of this beautiful golden dome of protection,

This golden dome of light,

This beautiful bubble of compassion,

Contentment,

Joy,

Love and as this bubble becomes fortified,

As this bubble becomes stronger and connected to that divine loving energy,

You begin to feel light and airy inside almost like bubbles and the bubbles of joy within your bubble of protection come up,

Allowing a smile to start to spread across your face,

It reaches to your eyes,

To your forehead,

Your scalp,

Your ears,

Your neck,

The smile radiates across your shoulders,

Down your arms,

It makes you want to giggle,

The smile continues and it blows open your heart and makes you feel joyful,

Youthful,

Peaceful,

We're gonna allow that bubble to continue,

These bubbles are rising from the solar plexus,

From the sacral chakra,

From the root chakra and all the way up so it's like bubbles of laughter and joy within your protective bubble and we're gonna ask that throughout our day,

Throughout our week,

That we find ways for our inner joy,

Our inner light,

Our inner bubbles to connect to joyful experiences,

Help us to find and attract joyful experiences,

Allow our hearts to feel light,

Allow our minds to feel light,

Allow us to take in sights that bring us joy,

Allow us to take in sounds that bring us joy,

Allow us to bring in tastes that bring us joy,

All the feelings that bring us joy and love and contentment we are attracted to,

Take a few deep breaths and allow the smile to come across your face,

Recognize that you are part of this divine plan,

This joyful plan,

You are an integral part of this joy and helping to elevate all of human consciousness by holding onto this joy,

By holding onto this love,

You radiate out higher vibrational energy which in turn is like a ripple effect elevating all of human consciousness.

Let's just take a few deep breaths in,

Connecting to this joy and radiance and we'll close our practice today by gently opening your eyes and say to yourself thank you for showing up,

I thank myself for showing up to joy today,

I thank myself for showing up to joy today,

I hope you all have an absolutely blissful joy-filled day,
