Acknowledge Your Intuition

When doing readings for people I find that we often get intuitive nudges that we ignore because we aren't quite ready to deal with them yet. This talk is about listening to these nudges even if it means not acting yet.

Hello my friends, Nancy here from Nancy Inspired and I do readings for people. I do what I call soul telepathy and that's a big explanation. I'll make another recording explaining exactly all that. But basically I'm a channel and I channel what your own soul is trying to tell you. Often in our lives we are hearing messages constantly but sometimes we don't listen to them or we can't properly hear them or they're convoluted with all the stuff that are what I call our skin suits carry. Well often when I'm doing readings you know there are certain things that come up regularly and fairly often for people. I mean every reading is completely different but there are a couple common denominators that I've been realizing and the one that I wanted to talk about today is about trusting our intuition doesn't mean we have to act. So often we listen we hear something we get these little intuitive nudges like oh you know pay attention to this this is what's happening here and we get these little intuitive nudges but because in that moment in time we don't have the resources or the energy to try to deal with the situation we would rather kind of put the blinders on our intuition and we would rather sort of close off that you know mind's eye so that as long as we don't see it we don't have to deal with it kind of like you know that junk drawer in your kitchen and you know the closet that the storage closet that needs to be cleaned out as long as we close the doors we don't have to deal with it. We do that with our intuition we get these intuitive nudges we get these little senses of this is what I need to do or this is what's happening but sometimes we'd rather close off to that intuition because it's easier than having to take action. So what I hear often as advice when I'm doing readings for people is that it's important to pay attention to those intuitive nudges it's important to acknowledge and name and say like yeah I hear you I see you I just don't have the resources at this moment in time to deal with that because our resources are our energy our time and space maybe our finances and so maybe even as we get those intuitive nudges we just don't have the ability right at that moment to deal with it. So instead of closing ourselves off and saying you know I'm not going to see this I'm not going to hear this I'm going to deny this it's better to to acknowledge and see and hear and yes I'm getting this nudge this is what I think is happening here and just give yourself permission to not deal with it yet because what's going to happen is that if we see it it's going to become more and more obvious and then we're going to be attracted to exactly the energies the resources that we need in order to make the change in order to do whatever it is that needs to be done that's different. So as long as we're acknowledging these intuitive nudges we're going to be able to start paying attention and we start you know finding and gravitating towards you know that energy that that space that gives us what we need in order to be able to do with it. It also starts to become louder and louder and louder and you can't ignore it anymore it's like when you hear a noise and you first notice it and you know you kind of don't really pay attention but then as you start to notice it it's almost like that's all you can hear. The same works with our intuition as long as you don't ignore the little nudge as long as you don't ignore that little intuitive sense it's going to get louder and louder and louder until at some point it's going to be important to make the change. Doing a hypnotherapy course right now and one of the things it says is that when you're helping people work through change you're helping yourself through work through change the desire to change needs to become greater than the desire to stay the same and if we acknowledge that intuitive nudge if we acknowledge that those little messages it's going to start you know becoming louder and louder and louder until the desire to make the change or take the step that needs to be taken becomes louder and more important than staying the same and it also allows you to intuitively build up the resources you need in order to do it. So the bottom line is it's important to acknowledge those intuitive nudges and choose give yourself permission to not do anything about it right now. Yes I hear that but I'm just not prepared to deal with that right now but I'm going to acknowledge that yes I do know that I do hear that I do feel that just not ready to deal with it right now. Give yourself that permission and then the situation will resolve either you'll become you'll get the resources that you need in order to make the changes or the nudges will get so loud that the desire to change outweighs the desire to stay the same or perhaps whatever the intuitive nudges might resolve itself over time but ignoring those intuitive nudges doesn't help anybody. So over the next little while challenge yourself what is your intuition really saying what is your intuition really saying about you know the job you're in the relationship you're in maybe something about your children or work or whatever it is your situations whatever you are getting intuitive nudges about acknowledge them you don't necessarily need to act give yourself permission and time and space but acknowledge them and you'll see the magic that comes.
