It's okay that you don't know all the answers.
Why would you?
You've not been here before.
You've not lived this life before.
It's okay to give yourself and others the breathing room and grace to fail.
This is really freeing.
Grace is really freeing.
It's okay,
And this is easier for some of us than it is for others.
It is okay to enjoy the journey without focusing on outcomes.
It's okay to find joy in growing and learning,
Pleasure in the process.
You know,
Like a toddler learning to walk properly,
Climb stairs.
It's okay to try,
Fail,
Try again,
And it's okay to laugh at yourself in the process because we're all ridiculous.
Constructive criticism is okay.
That is tough,
I know,
For some of us.
But it's okay to be open to constructive criticism.
We can be willing,
You can be willing,
You might like to be open to stepping outside your box.
I know,
It can be challenging.
You can be open to testing yourself and to stepping outside your comfort zone.
Perhaps once in a while.
See what happens.
And for the perfectionists out there,
It's okay to risk being a beginner,
A rookie sometimes.
And if there are things that you've been planning or dreaming about or wanting to do for some time,
It's okay to stop and reflect on what stopped you.
But overall,
You might like to think about being open to trying things you've never done before.
Remembering that we're all ridiculous,
We all fail,
We all fall flat on our faces,
We're all useless in lots of areas.
But remember that iron sharpens iron.
So it is a good idea to think to yourself,
Who in my circle has what we're calling here a gross mindset?
So who is open and flexible and brave and accepts ridiculousness with grace?
Who gives things a go?
And hold those people really close,
You know,
Spend time with those people,
Because they'll help you and you'll help them.
Mutual support and encouragement is so important.
A moment to reflect now on what we've talked about.
Or what I've talked about.
May you be well.
May you live with ease.
May you be healthy.
May you know that we are all completely and utterly ridiculous and that we all fail regularly.
And may you know that you are deeply,
Deeply cherished and deeply loved.
And thank you so,
So much for sitting with me today.
