It is what it is in this moment and that is okay.
Let's sit together for a while.
Let's take a few moments to sit with whatever is here together.
Make yourself comfortable.
You can sit down or lie down.
There are no rights or wrongs.
If you feel comfortable doing so,
You can close your eyes.
Let's take some time to focus on the breath.
Right now you're alive and your life is a blessing.
Let the breath as it moves in and out of your body bring you into your living,
Breathing energy body.
Where do you feel the breath?
Let's notice each in-breath and each out-breath.
If your mind wanders,
It's perfectly normal.
When you notice that your mind has wandered,
Gently come back to the breath.
You don't need to do anything.
No effort is needed in this moment.
Your body knows how to breathe.
As we sit together,
Noticing the breath,
Gently scan through your body and notice if there are any areas of tightness or tension.
If you notice anything,
Just see if you can let go a little with each out-breath.
Letting go,

Noticing the rise and fall of the body with each in-breath and each out-breath.
