What an amazing meditation. I came out with a complete calmness in my entire body, mind and soul. I felt energy vibrating from my feet to my forehead. Not sure if it was from the Reiki or just meditation in general as I feel vibration usually, given it’s typically in my 3rd eye, eyes or forehead as well as fingers and this was a vibration in the whole body.
I also want to say how much I love and enjoy your live sessions. It’s like sitting in a esteemed university lecture listening to a respected professor.
