Reiki Energy Sacred Mountain Transmission

A short practice to connect with the self followed by a transmission of healing Reiki Energy. This Transmission was recorded atop Mount Brandon, a sacred mountain in Ireland on a numerologically significant date 21.1.21 sealing high vibrational energy into this recording. This Reiki Meditation was further infused with healing energy on the Leo Full Moon helping you to express the truth of who you are. Delivered for your highest good.

Transcript

Come into a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Cover yourself with a blanket,

Ensuring you are warm and comfortable.

Lift the spine in one straight line and ensure your palms are facing upwards,

Ready to receive.

Closing down your eyes,

Move your awareness fully into your body.

Bringing your attention to your head,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your glutes,

Down along your legs and your feet.

Begin to tune in to your breath,

Slowing down its pace.

Breathe in deeply,

Carrying the breath down along your spine to your root chakra in your pelvic region.

And as you exhale,

Imagine that breath reaching up through your spine to the crown of your head.

Inhaling the air through the nose down to your root chakra.

And exhaling the air up to the crown of your head.

Continue at your own pace.

Coming back to your natural breath,

Observe the movements in your body that the breath makes.

Begin to imagine yourself at the edge of a lake.

The lake is surrounded by wild,

Rugged mountains.

In front of you,

You see a waterfall pouring from the mountain.

You sense magic in the air and aliveness of this land.

Consider yourself in this landscape as you feel your feet firmly on Mother Earth.

If you would like to call in your guides for protection,

Guidance and healing for your greatest and highest good,

Do so now.

Repeat mentally,

I gratefully receive this reiki energy for my highest and greatest good.

I surrender fully to receive this energy transmission.

Begin to tune in to your body.

Allow any thoughts to drop away as you take this time for you.

Notice any movements,

Any sensations,

Any emotions or images that may arise.

Follow the music as you get lost in yourself.

Allow yourself to let go.

Allow yourself to be in full receival of this healing energy transmission.

At the end of this practice,

You will hear my voice once more.

But for now,

This is your journey,
