Bring your attention to your breath.
Slowly and gently begin to take deep breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and guiding the air through your heart center and deep into the center of your hips.
As you exhale,
Feel your body melt into softness.
Allow the gentle touch of your breath to carry away any tension,
Any thoughts and just rest here in this moment.
As you continue to be aware of your breath moving through your heart and deep into your hips.
Press the palm of one hand on your heart and the other on your lower abdomen resting above your womb.
Allow the outer edges of your lips to creep up into a smile as you begin to cultivate love.
Begin to think of something that always makes you incredibly happy and present in that moment.
It could be a sunset filled with magnificent colors.
It could be a time when you could not stop laughing with a cherished friend.
It could be a particular color or smell you love.
Whatever it is that cultivates love within you,
Stay with it and allow that feeling to expand in your heart.
Now let go of that memory and stay with this feeling of love you have created within your heart.
Allow this feeling of love to grow and expand with every breath as if you were inhaling love from a boundless supply the universe provides.
As you exhale,
Spreading it out across your body into your aura.
Repeat to yourself,
I am loved.

Feel it in your body.

Notice any emotions that may arise within you as you pay attention to your womb.
With love and compassion,
Allow for these emotions as you continue to guide love to this feminine power center.
Your womb craves your attention.
Today,
As you sit with her for this period,
She delightfully begins to open to you.
You ask her if there's anything she needs from you.
Anything she wants from you.
And anything you can do for her.
You wait patiently for her response.
And if she is quiet today,
You stay with her in love.
Sending love to your womb,
You repeat with heartfelt emotion,

Along your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Sending the love around your body.
When you're ready,
