I invite you to lay down on your back,
If possible,
Some place comfortable like your bed or a couch.
Please begin by closing your eyes and focusing on your breath.
Be aware of your breath in your body.
Allow your breath to be your guide.
Please take some deep gentle belly breaths through your nose expanding your belly.
As you exhale gently through your mouth,
Please make the exhale longer than the inhale.
Take a few breaths with the exhale longer than the inhale.
Breathing like this activates the vagal nerve supporting the parasympathetic nervous system.
Be aware of the rhythm of your breath in your body.
Be aware of the rhythm of your heartbeat in your body.
And notice the rhythm of any sensations in your body.
Now bring your awareness and your breath to the base of your spine and the bottom of your feet.
Imagining the supportive nurturing energies of the earth being received by you through the bottom of your feet and the base of your spine.
I invite you to have the willingness to receive the energies as they travel up your feet,
Ankles,
Calves,
Thighs,
Hips,
And up your spine and torso into your heart center.
Be aware of any rhythms,
Sounds,
Vibrations,
Or light from the earth energies as they ground your physical form.
And notice the roots under you that expand deep into the earth and draw up the nutrients your body needs to support your physical form.
Returning to your breath,
Be aware of the expansion of your breath in your body.
Breathing in that which is for your highest potential and breathing out any stress,
Tension,
Or discomfort.
With your breath and awareness,
Open your heart center and allow it to expand.
With the caring energy from your heart center,
Allow your breath to fill your body.
Every organ,
Every system,
Every space,
From the tips of your toes to the top of your head to the tips of your fingers,
Until your body feels full of breath.
Allowing your body to let go and surrender and sink in to whatever supports you.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness and breath to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
Inviting your unique sound,
Vibration,
To flow into your body through your crown chakra where it anchors into the pineal gland.
Allowing it to flow from the pineal gland into the pituitary gland behind your eyes.
And flowing down into the thymus behind your sternum and into your heart.
With the caring energy of your heart center,
Bring your breath to the top of your head and allow your breath with your vibration or sound from the pineal gland to expand throughout your brain,
Filling your head.
Allow your breath and energy to move from your head down your spine and central nervous system.
Allowing you to experience your essence within your brain and central nervous system,
Your unique vibration.
Be aware of its slow and full potential.
Be aware of any sound,
Sensation,
Color,
Or vibration.
I invite you to have the willingness to see,
Feel,
Hear,
Sense,
Know your inner energy field.
Allowing the consciousness of your inner energy field to travel to the base of your spine.
And now I invite you to bring this inner energy field out throughout your body by expanding it through your nervous system to the end of each and every nerve in your body.
Allowing this energy,
This consciousness to expand through your electrical system.
Allowing your breath to guide you as you extend it throughout your entire body.
Experiencing your inner energy field within your physical form,
Within your organs,
Within all your systems.
Imagine each of your trillions of cells that create your physical form receiving your unique sound,
Vibration,
Or inner energy field.
And as you breathe into this inner energy field,
Allow it to expand your consciousness touching each and every cell and the consciousness within each and every cell.
Becoming one with your inner energy field consciousness.
Enjoy this bridge between your essence,
Your sound,
And your physical form.
Be aware of how your inner energy field impacts your body.
Being one with your inner energy field,
Experience how you can touch it,
How you can move it,
How you can expand it,
Or how you can deplete it with your consciousness or with your physical form.
Observe how this moving energy can be impacted by your thoughts,
By your emotions,
And by the energy of others outside of you.
Be aware of how you can expand it and how you can contract it,
Knowing you have choice.
And now I invite you with clear intention to say your name to yourself,
Deeply calling in your unique dynamic signature or radiance,
Allowing it to travel through your inner energy field and body and through your grounding and into the grid of the earth.
Just be.
Observe.
Let go.
Please return your awareness to your heart center.
And with your caring,
Allow the radiance of your inner energy field to expand into your electromagnetic field around your body.
Experience your brilliance.
Remember this doorway between your physical form and your divinity,
Between your body and your soul.
Now return to your breath with a longer exhale than inhale.
Gentle deep belly breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth with the exhale longer than the inhale.
And then slowly,
Compassionately and gracefully bring your awareness to the world around you,
While staying connected to your inner energy field and your radiance.
And when you are ready,
Please open your eyes and bring your awareness to the external world and observe with curiosity and wonder as you maintain the bridge between the body and the soul.
