She is born Muslim, and grew to enjoy Sufi teachings and practices. Yaman discovered her energetic gifts in 2016, and with her understanding of energy as well as psychology, she has been able to alchemize her past trauma, and transform it into wisdom. Yaman's work is a fusion of Psychology, Mindfulness, and Energy work. She works with the breath as a main tool, as well as incorporating mindfulness practices through art, sensory experiences, & movement. Yaman is on a mission to spread mindfulness practices and knowledge world wide, by creating work in both Arabic & English languages. She has had the pleasure to work with diverse populations including mental health, eating disorder, & addiction recovery population. She has also worked with CEOs, actors, coaches, healers, moms & non-binary individuals.
