Welcome.

Let's use the breath to cross the bridge from what just was to what is now.

Sit or stand in a way that feels kind to your body.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Counting to four.

Hold gently for four.

And a slow exhale for six.

Allow that exhale to be like a soft sigh of permission.

Permission to let go of the previous session.

Permission to begin again.

As you continue breathing,

Imagine each inhale bringing you clarity and each exhale giving your nervous system a soft landing.

Allow your breath to be the marker.

One chapter closes,

Another opens.

You don't have to carry everything with you.

Just be here.

Breathe deeply.

Release completely.
