A true happiness could be experienced when you feel yourself completely whole, loving and accepting yourself unconditionally. This is possible if you're able to forgive yourself for past mistakes, your harmful actions towards yourself and others and many other qualities that you don't like in yourself and can't accept as being part of who you are. But we all experience different emotions and have our dark sides. So in order to heal your inner traumas, you can acknowledge all your sides and accept them completely. This powerful practice is aimed to help you to reveal those things that you can’t accept in yourself, can’t forgive for and it can help you to acknowledge your imperfections, your dark side and forgive yourself for them.

I welcome you,

Beautiful soul!

A true happiness could be experienced when you feel yourself completely whole,

Loving and accepting yourself unconditionally.

This is possible if you are able to forgive yourself for past mistakes,

Your harmful actions towards yourself and others,

And many other qualities that you don't like in yourself and can't accept as being part of who you are.

But we all experience different emotions and have our dark sides.

So in order to heal your inner traumas,

You can acknowledge all your sides and accept them completely.

This powerful practice is aimed to help you to reveal those things that you can't accept in yourself,

Can't forgive for,

And it can help you to acknowledge your imperfections,

Your dark side,

And forgive yourself for them.

Please be aware that this is a very powerful emotional practice that will bring a lot of deep traumas,

Emotions and feelings into the surface in order to release and heal them.

So you need to be ready for this powerful cleansing practice.

You might need some time for rest after the end of this practice as a lot of energy will be released and your body will require more love and care.

Your body will be finishing releasing those deep emotions from within and after the end of this practice.

So it's better to practice it in the evening or when you have more time.

So get ready for this practice.

Make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Relax your body.

With each exhale,

Try to relax your body even more.

Place your palms on your chest,

Your heart area.

Feel your heartbeat.

Imagine and feel that you are breathing.

You are breathing through your heart.

Each inhale flows through your heart and each exhale.

Let's set an intention for this meditation to connect to your heart.

Feel what offenses,

Heavy emotions and traumas you carry within that you can't forgive yourself for and release them,

Forgiving yourself completely.

Take one more deep breath in through your heart.

And with the next exhale,

You surrender this intention to the universe.

Keep breathing through your heart.

While you are holding your palms on your heart,

Intend to open your heart wider and radiate more love from within.

You connect to the source of divine and conditional love within your heart that connects you with your soul.

You become love that protects you from outer negative energy during this meditation.

Now,

Repeat after me or feel these words in your heart.

I forgive myself for allowing others to treat me badly.

I forgive myself for betraying myself,

My body,

My soul,

My spirit.

I forgive myself for not choosing me,

My interests,

My goals,

My dreams,

My tasks,

Neglecting my own needs.

I forgive myself for all the pain I felt.

I forgive myself for all fears I felt and still feel.

I forgive myself for feeling sad at times.

I forgive myself for feeling happy when others were sad.

I forgive myself for being lazy.

I forgive myself for allowing myself very little of what I really want.

I forgive myself for being a good boy or girl,

Allowing others to manipulate me through guilt or shame.

I forgive myself for all tough experiences I had and still have.

I forgive myself for hurting others intentionally or unintentionally.

I forgive myself for not helping others.

I forgive myself for disconnecting from my soul,

My body,

From God.

I forgive myself for running away from myself and avoiding facing situations that needed to be solved.

I forgive myself for being weak.

I forgive myself for not being patient.

I forgive myself for not searching for my divine inspiration and connection with God,

With myself.

Keep listing what you forgive yourself for.

Allow all the rest information to naturally come into the surface.

I release feelings of guilt and shame out of my energy field.

I forgive myself for everything and from now I am choosing myself and my own needs and desires.

Allow the energy to flow within you,

Making a shift,

Dissolving blocks.

Open up for this divine flow to flow through you,

Healing your traumas and removing blocks.

This powerful release will continue and after the end of this meditation.

Allow your body some time to finish energy release in a natural healthy way,

Giving it time for rest.

You are blessed with the divine love and healing light,

Supporting your healing in the now.
