Good morning beautiful souls,

Welcoming you into this morning meditation to help refresh your body,

Your mind,

Your soul,

To move through the day with ease and bliss and connection.

Take a moment to get into a seated position or lay down.

Whatever is most comfortable,

Put your back and be straight and you can place your hands on your body.

In this position,

Begin taking some deep breaths in to refresh your body to wake up from dream time.

Breathe deeply in and exhale.

Have your last final thoughts of your dreams to fully wake up and be present here now.

Deep breath in and exhale.

One more deep breath in.

If you need to,

Shake your body to fully let go.

Everything from the day before,

From the night,

Whatever emotions you woke up with.

Let those be the past so you can be in the present to start fresh.

Place your hands,

One over your heart and one over your belly button.

With this hand placement,

Feel your clothes and your skin.

Notice the texture.

Use your thumb to rub your skin or your clothes.

Let your attention focus on this motion and this sensation.

Feel the connection between your hands and your body.

What do you notice in this connection?

Feel into your body sensations.

They may be lights and quiet,

But that is the feelings that will grow through meditation,

The awareness of energy in our body.

Envision yellow lights streaming from the palms of your hands,

Entering your body through this connection.

Imagine a feeling of joy and excitement pouring through your body.

Use a memory to help bring this emotion up.

Maybe hugging a friend,

Seeing family,

Going on a vacation,

The excitement before eating a large meal that you cooked,

The excitement before entering the ocean,

Resting your head,

Taking a warm bath.

Whatever brings a buzz of energy,

Bring up that memory now.

Let that emotion fill you up from the tips of your toes,

Up your legs,

Up your torso,

To the top of your head.

Let this feeling of joy and excitement stretch even beyond your body.

See yourself as a orb of yellow light glowing.

From your heart space,

It expands.

Now pay attention to your breath and feel the movement of your body.

Release your hands from your body,

Stretch out your hands and your fingertips,

Spread them wide,

And slowly reach your arms out from your body,

Reaching up,

Stretching,

If you can,

Above your head.

And if this isn't possible for you,

Stretch any part of your body to waken up your body and move.

Whatever feels good in this moment to wake up,

Breathe in deeply with this motion.

Imagine your arms are like tree limbs swaying in the breeze.

Let your torso move with this motion,

Let your head move side to side.

Now return your hands to your body and give yourself a warm hug and tell yourself some affirmations.

Today is going to be the most extraordinarily epic day.

I'm excited for the world to surprise me with blessings.

I'm excited to see the light,

To have my mindset shift,

To find the bliss.

I am love and I am whole.

I'm ready for the day.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Thank you so much for joining me.

Have an amazing,

Amazing day.
