A powerful and effective guided visualization to connect with a couple of people who inspire you, who you wish YOU were more like... You might follow these people on social media, they might be musicians or actors, they might be friends or teachers... These inspiring people will give you the inner resources to overcome whatever challenge/s you are finding difficult right now, and reconnect you with your most confident self! This is a great meditation for anyone over the age of 9. It's great for teenagers, and adults too!!

Welcome to Mama Magic.

This meditation is going to make you feel really good.

It's going to make you feel much more able to handle some of the situations that you're faced with in your life,

At school,

At home,

With your friends or in relationships.

So let's get into it.

Make sure you're not going to be disturbed for about 20 minutes.

Put your phone on silent or turn it off and start to make yourself nice and comfortable.

Close your eyes and maybe take a couple of nice deep breaths just to help you relax into this moment.

To let go of everything you've been up to today so far,

All the stuff you've been thinking about.

Imagine you can just breathe it out,

Let it go and then breathe in deeply and fill up your chest right to the top.

Clear,

Fresh newness and breathing out and letting go.

Picture yourself now in your imagination taking a walk somewhere so beautiful.

Maybe it's a beautiful beach,

Beautiful through a gorgeous forest,

Maybe it's an amazing garden.

Whatever you want it to be today,

Whatever feels good,

Just imagine yourself going for this walk somewhere beautiful.

You can smell the fresh air,

You can feel the earth under your feet,

You can hear the noises of nature,

Whether that be birds,

Water,

The trees.

Really pretend that you're here walking through this gorgeous scenery.

And as you're walking I'd like you to think about somebody who really inspires you.

Maybe it's someone that you're watching on social media,

Could be a singer,

An actor or actress,

Inspires you at the moment.

Who would you really like to be more?

It could be a friend,

It could be a teacher,

It could be a.

.

.

As you're walking and now that you've chosen somebody they just happen to appear with you,

Walking beside you.

Imagine this amazing person walking with you now in your beautiful nature place.

As you're walking together think about what you like about this person.

Is it their confidence?

Is it their joyfulness?

Is it their friendliness?

Is it about this person that you really like the most?

What do you feel they have that you maybe don't quite so much?

And now I wonder if you can think about somebody else that you really admire,

That inspires you,

That you'd love to be more like.

Is somebody else?

Think of them now as you're walking.

And now that you've thought of them,

There they are walking with you also.

What is it that you like about this particular person?

What is it about them that you wish you could have,

That you wish you could be more like?

So here you are walking through the most beautiful place in nature with these two super inspiring people with you,

At your side,

Good friends with you,

Feeling a connection with them as you walk.

Really happy you thought of them,

Really honored to be walking with you,

Keeping you company,

Being with you in this meditation.

And so you start to share with them what's been going on in your life lately,

What you've been finding a little bit challenging,

A little bit difficult.

You just open up to them and tell them all about it and they say to you,

Hey we can help you with this you know.

And they find a really nice place to sit down and you sit down in a little circle facing each other.

One of those inspiring people says to you,

To you,

Of the things about me that you like,

I'm gonna give them to you.

And this first inspiring person holds up their hands,

Comes facing towards you,

Out of their hands flows this beautiful golden light that is filled with all of the things that you love about this person.

All of their confidence maybe,

All of their likability,

All of their friendliness,

All the things you like about them,

You open up and let them in.

And now the second inspiring person says the same thing and holds up their hands with their palms facing towards you and all this golden light starts coming out of their hands and into you.

And it's all of their energy,

All of their qualities that you admire,

All the things about them that you like,

That you wish you could be more like,

Giving these to you now into your body so you're becoming them and you're filling up up up up with all of this good energy,

This confidence,

Happiness.

Now you are totally filled.

They say to you,

How would you see the situation now,

This new energy,

How would you see it and how would you act differently now with this new energy inside you,

Or differently in this situation.

One of them pulls out their phone and says I've got this video on my phone of you in the future,

You going through a very similar situation and this time you're so filled with good energy,

You're so filled with what we've given you today that it's all totally different and it's so much easier and it goes so much better.

Here,

Watch the video and so you watch yourself going through the same kind of situation but this time you're so different,

Works out so much better,

Able to handle it just like these inspiring people would.

And then they put their phone away and the three of you have a big hug and they say always here if you want to hang out again anytime.

And so you say your goodbyes and you turn back feeling good,

Feeling confident,

Feeling better.

Knowing there's so many amazing things to look forward to in your life and so much love around you.

So take some deep breaths again,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers,

Remembering where you are and what day it is and slowly bringing yourself back,

Every day feeling good and ready to get on with the rest of your day.
