Welcome to Mama Magic.
Let's go on a journey to bring about a feeling of being much more at peace with parenting and with the relationship that we have with our child.
Ensure you're not going to be disturbed for around 20 minutes and make yourself nice and comfortable.
Close your eyes and start taking some big deep breaths,
Filling your lower abdomen,
Then your tummy,
Your diaphragm,
Your chest,
Your ribs,
Bringing the breath right up to your collarbones and shoulders,
Holding it for a moment before slowly take a couple more big deep breaths like this,
Letting go of everything you've been up to today with the out breath,
Letting go of tension from your body,
Releasing it all,
Breathing in fresh new energy and vitality from this one present moment and bringing it into your being with the in breath,
Letting go with the out breath,
Letting it all go.
In your imagination,
Picture yourself with your child,
Someplace where you like to go together or you used to like to go together.
Watch your child playing happily here,
Doing what they do.
As you watch your child,
Your heart starts lighting up with gratitude and love for your child.
The little things that you love about them,
All the reasons why you're grateful for them,
All of the things that you're proud of,
It feels like your heart is literally lighting up,
Like if somebody looked at you,
They'd see a big bright light at the center of your chest as you're thinking about your child,
Observing them playing.
You start sending some of this light towards your child,
Bring some of this love in their direction,
Some of this gratitude and appreciation.
And as you're watching them play,
You notice a group of wise beings starting to form around your child.
You understand that this is their group of spirit guides.
You could call it their soul family,
Some of their ancestors.
You understand that this group of guides is looking after your child,
Is helping them and supporting them with their life's journey.
And you watch your child playing and you notice that their heart starts lighting up as they're doing what they love,
As they're just being themselves.
And their heart is lighting up in gratitude for you,
Your parenting,
Your love,
Your care.
Feel the rays of gratitude coming towards you from your child,
Feeling your beautiful heart to heart connection that goes beyond all of the misunderstandings and difficulties that you've been through.
One of your child's guides looks up and sees you.
They come over to you.
Understand that this wise being is the spokesperson for your child at this time.
This spokesperson says to you in their beautiful wise way,
You are forgiven for any mistakes you feel you may have made whilst parenting this child.
My child loves you.
Loves you.
Additionally,
And you can trust that your child is going to be okay.
They have their team of guidance and their soul,
Who they really are,
Is eternal just like yours.
You feel a wave of peace washing over you as you consider this wise spokesperson's words.
And you start to think of all the times when you have felt really confident as a parent,
When you felt really good in that role.
Let your mind drift back many different times when you felt good with your parenting,
Confident and strong.
Your child's wise spokesperson says to you,
You are a good parent and you will know when it's the right time to let go and give them space and trust in their safety.
And you will know when it's the right time to intervene and communicate about things,
Especially as you love yourself,
As you look after your body,
Mind and spirit.
You will be in an even better place within yourself to really know these things and to be really in tune,
Best course of action to take as a parent.
See your child walking into their future,
Walking ahead on their human journey,
Facing their challenges with the help of their guidance.
With you intervening when it's right,
Giving space when it's right and holding strong.
See yourself going ahead on your own human journey,
On your path,
Facing your challenges with the help of your guidance,
Feeling the love of your child and the confidence in your heart connection.
They to know when to act and when to pull back.
Saying to yourself in your mind,
I am at peace with parenting.
I am completely at peace with parenting.
I am safe,
Comfortable,
Confident in my parenting.

It's time to come back.
Take a couple more deep breaths.
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
It's what time it is where you are and slowly start integrating yourself back into everyday awareness,
Noticing how much more peaceful you feel,
