Take a guided journey through a magical forest, and over a rainbow bridge to Unicorn World. Meet a little Unicorn who lost their sparkle and needs your help. As the little Unicorn finds their sparkle, you might just find yours too! Then little Unicorn can come back with you into your world and sprinkle magical sparkle dust on every part of your body to help you drift into a nice, peaceful sleep (kids version of a body scan practice).
