Go on a sleepy guided journey with a little friendly cat... Let her lead you through a magical forest where you will find fairies and magic and adventure! After all the fun, cuddle up with your cat and listen to her purr, while you drift off to sleep feeling so loved and happy and cosy.

Welcome to Mama Magic.

Tonight we're gonna go on a sleepy journey with a beautiful little cat.

So what?

So make yourself comfortable in your bed.

Snuggle right in,

Get your pillows just how you like them.

Adjust your blankets so they're just right.

Maybe you have a soft toy that you like to cuddle.

Cuddle with that now.

Close your eyes.

Feeling so cozy and warm.

Now take a couple of nice deep breaths.

Breathing in,

In,

In,

In,

In,

In,

In.

Holding it for a moment.

Letting it go.

All your body going soft and floppy.

So relaxed as you breathe out.

Now breathing in,

In,

In,

In,

In,

In,

In,

All the way to the top.

And letting it all out.

All nose.

Breathing it all away.

One more time.

Breathing in,

In,

In,

In,

In,

In.

As high,

High,

High as you can.

Hold it for a moment.

Now let it go.

Whole body's becoming so relaxed as you let go of that breath.

And your breathing can just return to normal as you imagine yourself walking through the most beautiful garden.

It is a gorgeous day.

Just the right kind of weather you like.

Not too hot,

Not too cold.

Everything smells lovely and fresh.

You can feel the grass under your feet as you're walking.

Maybe your garden has flowers.

Maybe your garden has vegetables.

Maybe it has bushes and trees of fruit.

Imagine your garden.

Create it in your imagination.

Just how you would want it to be.

And as you're walking around enjoying your beautiful garden,

Smelling the flowers,

Eating some fruit,

Picking some vegetables,

You notice some purring at your side.

You look down and there's the most beautiful little cat looking up at you with the most loving look on her face.

What would your cat look like?

Big would she be?

What would her fur color?

Would it be long or short?

What color would your cat's eyes be?

Bend down to give your cat a pat and discover how beautiful she is.

The cat starts to walk away from you and then turns back to look at you as if to say,

Come with me,

Come with me.

I want to show you something.

And so you follow this beautiful little cat.

She starts to lead you out of your garden and into the forest.

Here you're noticing big,

Tall,

Magnificent trees.

There's so many birds in these trees.

You can hear them singing and chattering to each other.

There are butterflies flying around in the woods,

All different shapes and sizes and colors.

Watch them dance.

Your little cat likes the butterflies and jumps and springs around trying to catch them,

Which makes you giggle.

You notice that growing on the ground are some beautiful toadstools,

Those big,

Amazing red and white mushrooms.

And you wonder if fairies live in this forest.

And as soon as you thought that,

You just happened to look down and see this gorgeous little fairy riding on your cat's back,

Smiling and enjoying itself so much.

And your cat didn't seem to mind at all.

And now this little fairy flies up off the cat and up in front of you so you can see it more clearly.

It's floating in the air just above your face,

Smiley-fully at you.

You can see the color of your fairy's wings and what they're wearing,

Their hair,

A little hat on their head.

Have a good look at your little fairy.

She has something that she wants to give you.

She has a magic wand in her hand and she waves it around and makes you a gift.

Did she give you?

Take that gift and keep it safe.

And the fairy flies off as quick as lightning,

Disappears into the forest.

You look around at what a magical place you've stepped into with this beautiful little cat who is still leading you.

The pathway seems to be leading down to a little stream,

Beautiful clear flowing stream.

The cat goes over to this flowing water,

Puts her little nose down to it and starts to have a drink.

So you decide to do that too,

Except you reach down with your hands and cup the water into your hands,

Bring it up to your face and drink it as much as you need.

Water tastes so good.

Wondering if it has magic in it.

Seeing this seems to be such a magical forest.

And just as you are wondering that,

Notice that you start to become smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and so does your cat.

Soon you are the size of that little fairy that you saw just before standing on the ground next to the river.

A beautiful brightly colored bird comes and lands next to you.

Look at the beautiful colors on its head and wings and tail.

You also notice there's a little seat strapped to its back,

Just the right size for you.

You realize that this little seat must be for a fairy because you're about the same size as a fairy.

Maybe the bird thinks that you are a fairy.

In any case you decide it would be to go for a ride on this beautiful colorful bird.

So you pick up your cat and climb aboard,

Sitting safely nestled up against the soft feathers.

Soon you find yourself flying through the forest,

Over the stream,

Around the tall tree meadows and look,

What is that down there?

Could that be a fairy village?

You find yourself flying over a wonderful fairy village and you can see all the fairies working and playing,

Singing,

Dancing,

Cooking,

Cleaning.

A couple of the fairies see you as you're flying over and they quickly fly up to join you and the bird and the cat with a big smile on your face.

You are now flying through the forest on this beautiful brightly colored bird.

The fairy's flying with you.

The bird takes you up so far in the sky that you can look down on all the trees and the stream and see the whole forest from above.

It's so beautiful.

The fairies start to fly down now heading back towards their village and the bird follows.

You go down and down and down to the fairy village and climb off the bird,

Giving its feathers a pat to say goodbye and thank you for that amazing adventure.

The bird flies away and you and your cat are now in the fairy village.

One of the fairies comes and introduces herself to you,

Asks if you would like a tour around the village.

You agree,

Excited to see what is here and what the fairies do here and what everything looks like.

So this fairy takes you on a guided tour from house to house,

Shop to shop and area to area so you can have a good look around.

Go with this fairy now in your imagination and I'll leave you here for a few minutes to explore the fairy village with her.

You've had such an amazing adventure that you're starting to feel quite sleepy now.

Find yourself yawning,

Eyes starting to feel really tired,

Feel like your body wants to rest.

Your cat notices and she rubs up against your leg as if to say again,

Come with me.

She leads you over to a beautiful fairy house that is especially for visitors.

It is beautifully decorated and has the most wonderfully soft and goosey bed.

You can't resist but to lie down and cat climbs on with you and makes herself cozy.

You just can't believe how comfy this bed is,

How safe and happy and wonderfully warm and cozy you feel in the fairy village snuggled up with your cat.

Cat starts to purr and purr and you feel yourself drifting off into the most deep delicious sleep,

Feeling so loved and so happy.
