You can sink inside your body where it can be quiet.
Soften your toes,
Heels,
Calves,
Knees,
Thighs.
Loosen your hips,
Stomach,
Chest,
Shoulders.
Let go of your arms,
Hands,
Fingers.
Loosen your jaw,
Tongue,
Cheeks,
Eyes,
Scalp.
You can notice passing thoughts.
You could follow or just let them go.
Passing thoughts just echoes of how you experienced the past or imagine the future.
Now and now,
You can be quiet inside your body for a while.
Breathing out slowly,
Breathing in loosely.
