Humming For Happiness

This is a humming practice. Research suggests that music stimulates the flow of happy hormones. You can also use the track to relax through the regular, slow breathing pattern weβll use to hum. Either hum with me or as an echo, in between my phrases. Relax and go with the flow, or maybe explore your creative side. Or, if you wish, release, relax, and just listen. I hope you enjoy these 10 minutes.
