Chant, Breathe, Rest
by Motes
After a short spoken introduction, there is a repeating chant of Om, spaced so there are around 4 breath cycles per minute. It aims to rebalance blood gasses, pace your heart rate, and calm your nervous system, to give a soothing and revitalising effect. It's influenced by the work of Patrick McKeown, and James Nestor. The music is mystical and hypnotic for a sense of deep immersion. You could use it to practise chanting, humming or breathing, for meditation, or with yoga. Hope you enjoy it.
