Hi,

This is Morgan with Morganic Wellness.

This is a meditation to help you relax,

To let go,

And to soften.

So find a comfortable position,

Lying back.

Let yourself feel supported so you can close your eyes,

Sink heavy into your space,

Soften the forehead,

Relax the mouth and the jaw,

Your shoulders relax,

Your back relax,

Your hips and your legs relax,

And you imagine yourself lying on the earth.

The earth is supporting you as you lie back in a meadow,

The lush grass beneath you,

And the sky above,

A big blue sky and a gentle breeze.

You notice the breeze on your skin,

You can hear the breeze rustle the leaves,

And you notice the sound of a stream.

You decide to make your way towards the stream,

Making your way across the meadow.

You come to the banks of the stream and you notice the water is clear and inviting.

You watch the water move with ease around the rocks and its path.

You dip your toe in the water,

The water is refreshing and cool.

You decide to step in all the way to your shins and you notice the debris,

The sticks,

And the leaves moving with ease downstream,

Moving around the obstacles in its path.

You decide to lie back,

Cleanse and refresh.

Warm sun above you,

Cool water supports you as you float with ease and grace around the obstacles in your path.

Your stress and your stress and your worries roll off your shoulders and wash downstream.

Relaxed and refreshed,

You make your way towards the banks.

Climbing out,

You lie back and drying off in the sun as the earth supports you,

Letting the fresh air fill your lungs as you breathe in and breathe out.

You gently smile and wiggle up your eyebrows and your nose and start to stretch,

Reach,

Making little motions with your fingers and your toes,

Welcoming yourself back to your body,

To your body,

Coming out of your meditation and enjoying the rest of your day.
