Welcome,
I'm glad you're here.
This is a short practice to support clarity,
Intuition,
And self-trust.
You don't need to figure anything out or make any decisions right now.
Simply find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down,
And allow your body to be supported.
When you feel ready,
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Begin by noticing the natural rhythm of your breath.
No need to change it,
Just notice it moving in and out.
Clarity begins with awareness and paying attention to what's already here.
Imagine the mind like a glass of water that's gently been shaken.
There may be movement at first,
Thoughts,
Sensations,
Impressions.
That's completely natural.
You're not here to force the water to clear,
You're here to let it settle.
And as you exhale,
Allow the body to soften,
And the shoulders release,
And the jaw loosens.
The space behind the eyes,
Calm and wide.
And as the body settles,
The mind grows quieter.
Thoughts and feelings still arise,
And that's okay.
When they do,
Let them drift.
No story,
No analysis,
Just allow them to sink.
And as the mind clears,
Notice what remains.
Not words,
Not answers,
Just a subtle sense of knowing.
And this intuition is quiet and steady and grounded.
You notice where you feel it,
In the chest,
In the belly,
A sense of steadiness and ease.
Nothing to interpret,
Just notice.
And the self-trust grows here,
Not from certainty,
From listening,
Without judgment.
That trust doesn't mean we have everything figured out,
It means we're recognizing when something feels aligned,
And allowing that to be enough.
Rest here for a few breaths,
Clarity in the mind,
Intuition in the body,
Trust your ability to listen.
And know that this awareness is always with you,
And available to you anytime you pause.
Anytime you soften,
You choose to listen.
Begin to bring that attention to the body.
Notice that support beneath you.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
And gently deepen the inhale.
And soft exhale.
Stack your hands over your heart,
Moving at your own pace.
And we carry clarity and intuition and trust.
Quiet and steady,
Already within you.
Breathing it into your heart space,
Fill all the way up.
And with that breath out,
Share it.
I bring my thumbs to my third eye,
Bowing reverence to all that you are and all that you'll be.
Thank you for spending your time and your energy.
And may this cultivate some clarity and self-trust with you.
And carry it with you through the rest of your day and the rest of your week.
And I'll see you next time.
